Alexander was great to work with, very responsive to any questions I had. The place was clean and the kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and hot tub.

This was such a perfect home! Super clean. Great neighborhood to walk. Loved the basketball court in the backyard. We cooked in both evenings. Would absolutely stay here again!

Alexander was super responsive as the property is well maintained and suited to meet the needs of a large family. The properties tucked away in corner part of town and super close to one of the best walking trails in the county that overlooks the city of Lompoc. If you’re in search of a nice quiet home, this property is the one for you! Safe travels

The host was excellent and so communicative during our stay! Check-in and check-out was also easy and wonderful! The house was clean and remodeled. The pull out bed under the bunks was only a twin instead of a queen, but it still worked for us! We would definitely stay here again!

The host was an excellent communicator. The cleanliness can be improved upon as well as the kitchen amenities. The floors were definitely not swept or mopped before our stay. I wish the hot tub was hotter, locked at 99. The Neighborhood was nice decent and it was nice to have garage access. We appreciated the early check in. Thank you for having us.

Best time

We had a lovely time celebrating my dad’s memorial. We came Las Vegas and the process was simple convienent and extremely easy.

Great Lompoc House

This house was perfect for me and my family during our stay in Lompoc. Plenty of space for all 7 of us, a well stocked kitchen, super clean, comfortable beds and sofa. The basketball hoop kept the 10 yr old and her 20 yr old cousins happy, the hot tub was great after a busy day. Alejandro was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely try to stay here next time we’re in town!

Great stay in Lompoc

Recently modernized property that was ideally sized for four adults. New furniture, appliances and kitchen utensils. Super easy check in and check out. Definitely recommended. We had the unexpected bonus of seeing a rocket launch from nearby Vandenberg SFB.

Fantastic property

This home was lovely. Everything was new, fresh and clean. The light was great and the backyard and hot tub were much appreciated. Alexander was responsive and kind. We will stay here again when in Lompoc and recommend to our friends and family in the area.

Very Impressed!

We were in town for a funeral and wanted a nice place to stay that we would be comfortable in with friends/family throughout the weekend. The checkin process was easy as ever! Alexander was easily accessible if needed, although everything went perfectly and we were not in need of everything throughout the trip.The property was well laid out and decorated, had a super cool bunk bed room that our grandson (9) insisted he needed to stay in, even though his parents were staying in a motel LOL. The bathrooms had a great showers and the coolest touch with Bluetooth lights/fans in them, so we could listen to music while showering/getting ready. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean with everything we needed in it. The backyard had a great little area for basketball, which we all enjoyed and a hot tub that was relaxing and absolutely a great asset to the property. There were TVs in each room and LED lighting throughout. (The family/friends candid pictures we took in the home turned out great with the white, modern decor). We have nothing not one bad thing to say about Alexander or the property, we would stay there again in a heartbeat and with so many family and friends in Lompoc, we will most definitely try to rent this property the next time we come to town! Thank you again, Alexander!

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. We had five adults and three children which worked out almost just right (we didn't think about the table only seating six). The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable!The house has a bright feel. Some in our family took time to enjoy the hot tub and basketball court in this nice quiet neighborhood.We'd suggest that the house add a few extra items to their inventory including: ice maker or at least ice cube trays, a can opener (handheld would be fine), whisk, at least one more large bowl, a 9x13 baking pan and pot holders. Thanks for a nice weekend!
