This 1-bedroom hillside villa offers a front-row seat to the Caribbean, featuring your own private navy blue tile pool designed to blend seamlessly with the sparkling turquoise horizon. Located on the serene East End, this is your private sanctuary for spectacular ocean views and tropical relaxation.

Your Property
The Pool & Deck: Step out onto your private terrace to find the centerpiece of the villa: a newly renovated pool clad in deep navy blue tiles that mirror the surrounding sea. The deck is fully equipped for outdoor living with new patio furniture, comfortable chaise lounges, and a gas grill for sunset cookouts.

The Master Suite: Retreat to a romantic four-poster king-sized suite. French doors open directly onto the pool deck, allowing the steady ocean breezes to flow through the room.

Gourmet & Bath: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, modern appliances, and a Keurig latte machine. The bathroom offers a spa-like experience with an oversized marble shower built for two.

Convenience: The villa is located in the gated Villa Madeleine community. While you are within walking distance to Duggan’s Reef restaurant, the Reef Golf Course, and white sand beaches, the hill is famously steep—most guests prefer a quick drive!

Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, AC, washer/dryer, and a pull-out sofa in the living room for additional guests.

We’ve stayed in several VRBO’s on the island, but Mojito Hill is our favorite! It’s the perfect place for our style. The location, amenities, and pretty much everything else about it, guarantees our return. Thank you Tom and Hillery!

Spent our honeymoon here & can’t wait to return…could easily be an annual spot to celebrate our anniversary! Amazing vacation spot, fantastic host & property!!

Privacy in Paradise

Property is an amazing set-up with gorgeous views....Wonderful private pool & patio!! We enjoyed coffee (K-Cups thanks to the hosts) in the mornings & the grill for dinners in the evening. Great access to beaches, hiking, & all the local happenings. Property Managers made everything about our stay easy, convenient & stress free. Extremely thorough in all follow-up!! We absolutely love our experiences at Mojito Hill & hope to continue staying here when we visit in the future!!

RELAXATION

Beautiful liitle Villa with great views and pool privacy. No oven, but the toaster oven met our needs. No stovetop but a temporary 2 burner situation. We cooked on the grill and dined al fresco every night. Loved every minute.

Rested and Relaxed!

This property was exactly what I needed to relax and recharge! Upon entering the property and seeing the amazing views from the front door, I immediately felt relaxed. The property is well maintained and fully stocked with literally everything I needed. The bed is extremely comfortable and the oversized shower is fabulous! The pool is beautiful and private and the chairs and loungers are very comfortable. The screens on the doors were a welcome surprise although I didn’t experience any bugs. The property manager was very attentive to my needs and responded quickly to any inquiries. The entire week was awesome and I can’t wait to get back to Mojito Hill!

A stay worth repeating

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mojito Hill at Villa Madeline. It was great to walk in and see the exact view from the primary picture! The location was perfect for our week and the views were gorgeous. We enjoyed the convenience of the pool and floaties and found it to be a welcome respite during a very busy week. We did some "work from home" while there and the internet was solid, even during a brief loss of power. The bed was comfy, albeit a bit high. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, though other than reheating some leftovers we opted not to cook. Minor issues with the air conditioner in the bedroom were quickly dealt with and we had a comfortable stay. The Villa is showing some signs of age but nothing that hampered our stay. It may be worth a warning to avoid the navigation option down East Maggie Hill Drive, which is barely a 2-track and requires 4-wheel drive and a general disregard for vehicle scratches. The villa itself is definitely a stay we would repeat.

Extra Vacation Time

Extended our St. Croix stay at the last minute and was able to book this villa. Very nice villa with a great pool & view. One item to note is that parking can fill up at the villa. There were cars blocking us in so we had to ask the neighbors to move. No issues just something to be aware of.

Great views and great privacy

My wife and I just got back from a fantastic week at this beautiful villa. The place was well stocked and very comfortable. The owners and managers were very responsive. We enjoyed the private pool tremendously.

Amazing

To say anything less than amazing would be a lie. The view was beautiful the house was perfect for 2 couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner reached out to us and stood in touch in case we needed anything. Can’t wait till next year
