Beautiful view,wonderful access to the beach.Small and cramped living room, with shabby ripped furniture. I actually removed stains from the bar chairs,Bedrooms were adequate with two full baths. A wonderful up stairs deck overlooking the ocean.

Wonderful stay

I’ve stayed at this property for 3 summers in a row and every time it has been perfect. Lots of room, very clean and a perfect view!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It is quaint, clean and very accommodating for our party of 9. The neighborhood is family friendly and quiet and great location right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Mother's day getaway

Our stay was perfect. The house was clean, the location was beautiful and communication with the property manager was so easy. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to escape reality, relax, and to be with your family and friends.

Best location, beautiful property

Had an amazing stay at this rental with my family in November. Because it was off season we had the whole beach to ourselves and it couldn’t have been a better getaway. Everything was described and communication with property manager was great.

Perfect stay

I grew up in the area and come back with my kids every summer to visit. This is the perfect house for my teens to Have their own space and take a dip in the ocean. Super convenient to beaches and downtown Niantic. Great house!

Great property

Overall fantastic property. Could only use a few more dishes if you are planning to cook more than one meal a day.

It is wonderful to hear you and family all enjoyed Niantic and time spent at the property. We do provide complete kitchenware sets for 12 guests: drinking glasses, coffee mugs, bowls, plates, forks, knives, spoons, 12 stemless wine glasses; basic cookware: pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us with any questions or clarifications they may have. We are always a quick message away and will gladly assist promptly. Our response time is normally within minutes and a tech sent to the property within 30 min -1 hr, if any additional items are requested or for simple repairs to be made. It was a pleasure hosting your group; looking forward to hosting you all again at our Niantic Private Beachfront & Balcony home. Cheers!

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and the views from many areas of the home!We were hoping that we had access to a grill, but the space may not have allowed for it during winter weather. It would have also been nice if the fire place was working. Dining was challenging with the setup for us we were 11 and there were only 5-7 forks. We also like to dine in and we could not find dish towels to keep cleaning kitchen. A few more kitchen items would be useful !! The owner was great and super attentive. Plenty of linens and towels

Beautiful and perfect

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was spotless upon arrival and exactly what everyone was expecting. The bedrooms are all very spacious and the views are breathtaking. The beachfront area is the perfect space to relax. The property manager is very easy to get in touch with for any questions or concerns, although the house manual really laid everything out that you’d need to know. Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!!

Excellent location. Minutes to a beach but the kids had more fun just playing on the sand in front of the house. Not the easiest communication thru VRBO app but management was responsive in a timely manner. TV in main living area has a mind of its own. Lights flickers in kitchen and downstairs bedroom (assuming the wrong kind of bulbs). Parking was excellent. Neighbors were friendly. Be aware dogs do run freely on the beach areas but are friendly and owners will clean up after them if you ask. Plenty of towels and linens. Really was a beautiful stay.

The Perfect Getaway

This home was the perfect getaway for just a few days - if you like waking up to the sound of gentle waves crashing, this is for you. - our 7 month old agrees. Just be sure to bring binoculars so you can look out on the water at the ships in the distance! Very easy check-in and check-out process. Even though it was an off season, there is a great bakery in town called Sift, as well as a store with gourmet prepared foods - easy to grab and take back to the house and pop in the oven. The room sizes and beds were perfect - beautiful sunrises. The kitchen is fully equipped, the smart tvs were great, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. But really the views took the cake. Would definitely come back here.

This house was comfortable and could easily accommodate a large party (we were only 4), though the living/dining space is very small in comparison to the very large bedrooms. We did not use the kitchen, but it looked nice. The beds were very comfortable, though others would want to bring additional blankets if renting in the winter as we did. The bathroom sinks and showers did not drain properly. The biggest pro for the house is its proximity to the beach—you’re practically in the waves, which is what we were looking for. The beach and ocean views were at the top of our list when we paid top dollar for this house. Unfortunately, the owners have intentionally left a major eyesore out of the promotional photos. A huge power plant dominates the view day and night. It belches smoke or steam into the air 24 hours a day and is lit up like a Christmas tree, shining into the house all night. This was our first trip to this area, and because it was not in the photos, we had no idea it was there. We would not have paid the price we paid for that view. I can’t imagine that other reviewers haven’t mentioned this, unless they are more familiar with the area and used to the oceanfront industries up and down that coastline. We wish the photos would have been more honest.

Although, everthing we provide (and portray) is clearly and concicely noted EXACTLY on our listing description as it is in reality: including amenities, linens, supplies, photos, surrounding area, and home's size. There are additional blankets in the linen closet(s) or on the unslept beds that you were free to use. Guest are also always able to adjust the temperature to a "comfortable" setting of their liking during their trip. We certainly do not intentionally leave anything out of our home's description or photos, as nothing regarding our listing is "dishonest." It has been the same for the last 7 years. We will certainly take your personal recommendations into consideration. Looking forward to having you all back in town again. Safe travels!
