This cottage was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Jay was a great host, being very attentive and quick to reply.

An absolutely adorable and cozy cottage steps from a lovely beach. The location is great, beds were so comfortable and everything was clean and well designed. Would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed a 2 week stay in my old hometown of Niantic in this adorable, cozy, cottage! The location was perfect, only one block from the beach and a short, beautiful walk to the Niantic Bay Boardwalk. The cottage was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Because my visit was in the off-season, the fireplace was a plus!Jay and Lisa were fantastic hosts. They communicated well and in a timely manner when I had any questions. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

Such a lovely cottage. We truly enjoyed our stay, walked to the beach, and just had a wonderful time overall. The hosts are super communicative and helpful. Any questions were responded to quickly and the info shared about the house was communicated clearly. We were so amazed by how well the house is set up for guests. Anything we could think of was there. We would definitely consider staying at the cottage again!

Relaxing get away!

We absolutely loved this cottage and Jay was a fantastic host! He responded quickly and made us feel right at home. We already booked for next year!

Wonderful Stay at the Beach Cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and had everything that I needed. The hosts were very attentive. The location was perfect; a quiet area just one block from a private beach. I would definitely stay again.

This cottage is amazing!! Great location, very clean, beautiful inside and out. We had a great time. It was perfect for my sister and myself to have a quick weekend getaway. The amenities (patio w/furniture, grill, fireplace, comfy beds, etc) are incredible. I highly suggest this great cottage!!

Fantastic host

I was there to work . I was there for a month and the host was outstanding. If you are in the area you need to stay here. They provided everything and they went above and beyond to make you feel at home

Terrific beach cottage

I got to stay here with some friends for a long weekend. Everything was as described. Location was superb, the small beach is a block away and at night with the windows open you could hear the waves. The cottage had everything we needed, and was well stocked with cleaning supplies. I wish we had better weather as I would have loved the chance to use the grill and sit out on the patio. Communication with the owners was outstanding and they were very quick to reply. 10/10 would recommend!

BEAUTIFUL!!! This little cottage is perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for a two night trip. The place is so spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need! We enjoyed the living room space to wind down at the end of the day & pop the tv on. The walk to the beach is so quick & it’s amazing once you get there. Jay and Lisa kept us up to date and gave us all the information we needed. I can be nit picky about rentals sometimes, but this cottage was hands down the best, no issues. Definitely hoping to come back again!
