This beautiful VT townhome sleeps 12 and is just two minutes from the mountain. Open, sunny and spacious with breathtaking mountain views. Three floors with Great Room on main floor with wood burning fire place and deck. Lower floor has large entertainment room, bunk room, sauna and outdoor hot tub with mountain views. Complex has tennis, pickle ball, gym and indoor pool and game room. Perfect getaway for small or large groups. During winter months there is free shuttle from the driveway to the mountain. Additionally the property is right next to the Timber Creek Cross Country Ski and Snow Shoe trail system. We have a membership that provides our guests free access year round and it is just out the door so bring your gear if that is something that interests you.

Family getaway

Development is fantastic, great location and amenities. Town house was beautiful and John was always available to answer questions. Would stay here again.

Super convenient location

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and stayed at John's place for the winter break. We had a great time. The location is so convenient! The community center with the gym and the indoor pool was a big plus. John was very responsive and helpful. The only drawback was the wifi - very unstable throughout our stay. But overall it was a great house!

Another wonderful stay at the condo

We really enjoyed our weekend at the condo- it snowed and we loved watching the mountain and skiers, while relaxing in front of a roaring fire, with our coffee or wine. John was very helpful- he was quick to communicate and answer questions. Hopefully, we will be able to enjoy it again next year.

Great house in convenient location

We loved our stay at this adorable condo. Perfect location! The warm fire was welcomed at the end of a day of skiing. Comfortable and clean house, perfect for families!

Spacious & centrally located

The condo unit is very spacious, clean, and well supplied. There is a shuttle running continuously to get you to Mt. Snow in minutes, very convenient. There is a hot tub and sauna at the condo which unfortunately we didn’t get to use during our stay but would have if we were there for more than just the weekend. The condo complex has an indoor poor and jacuzzi which my daughter really enjoyed. Overall a great place!

Great house, will definitely come back!

We loved this house and had a great stay! It was very clean, well stocked with cooking items, and beds were comfortable. My parents actually want to buy the matress that was in the main bedroom! John was great with communication and very helpful. So easy to get to and from the mountain on the shuttle. Won't go wrong renting this house!

Wonderful November weekend

Everything was great! Enjoyed sitting in front of fireplace with my coffee ( or wine). John was very quick In reply to my questions . Very comfortable. Beautiful view of mountain. Would love to stay there again!

Spring Skiing in VT

Really great trip to VT and very nice property with lots to do. Convenient to get to Mount Snow and awesome pool/hot tub for the kids. John is a great host and answered all our questions quickly. We will be back!

Amazing ski trip

Family weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at Johns condo! We have little ones and the weather didn’t cooperate but we were able to keep them occupied abs entertained with the hot tub and pool. The home is very spacious and our kids especially loved the downstairs area- bunk beds, sauna, tons of space and games. Would highly recommend!

Windows with a View!

What more could you ask for? The view was amazing, the house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed 2 days of skiing, hot tub, sauna and great times with friends and family. Would love to return again next year and next time we would love to stay longer.

Great Escape!

John was a wonderful host! You can’t beat this location, full window views of Mt Snow, well stocked kitchen, great play area for the kids. It snowed while we were there and the property managers were all over the plowing and salting. We look forward to future stays at this great place!

Awesome place, Great host!!!!

We were a group of 10 people and all of us felt very comfortable . The house is really well maintained with nice spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths. Kitchen is well stocked and if you've missed anything convenience store is really close by. John is a great host. He responds very promptly and gave us good guidance on what can be enjoyed in the area. The view from the deck was spectacular with good view of Mt Snow and sun setting behind it. Condo community has a swimming pool with a jacussi. Each night we would come to courts to play pickelball, tennis and try our hand at basketball. Overall very relaxing vacation
