OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• The washer and dryer are located in a basement, which is accessible from the exterior through a bulkhead
• Enjoy the private propane BBQ grill
• Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not functional
• We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book
• Please let us know upon booking if you would like to bring your dog and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional fee of $100/stay/dog (max 2 dogs)
• We are pleased to inform you that our lovely space is thoroughly cleaned with ionized water (produced in-house with a Kangen machine), vegan tea tree and lavender oils, and biodegradable soap. It is further sanitized using hypochlorous acid - a non-toxic, yet highly effective solution that is safe for both babies and pets
• Firewood for the fire pit is not available on the property, starter logs can be purchased from Home Depot in Hyannis or you may bring your own
• BBQ Utensils and home kitchen wear is not inventoried and every stay so it is advisable to pack extra utensils to ensure you have everything you need during your vacation.

The location of the property was really convenient. Close to everything needed for our visit. The neighborhood was enviting and comfortable for our pet's walks. The home had everything needed for our stay. Unfortunately the home is in desperate need of cleaning inside and out, along with considerable maintenace if it's to be a rental property.

The property was cozy and spacious. The property is pretty dated. The mattresses were sunken in and need to be replaced. The outside needs some maintenance work and the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. There was no trash bag in the kitchen trash can or any trash bags to be found. Beach towels and chairs were available so this was appreciated. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Very nice stay

Had a long weekend getaway with the wife and chose his property. The price was reasonable. It was a nice layout as well with the loft upstairs for any people with children to utilize. It was great to have linens and towels provided, and the beds were nice and comfortable. Great fast communication from The property management company. Very quick response through the VRBO app. The only slight negative was the door code did not work when we got there so we called the phone number for leave town that was provided in the check-in email and got a prompt response and issue resolved.

Perfect Spring Weekend

The house was clean and cozy. We were surprised at how much space there was. I enjoyed the upstairs space with the second bathroom. We mostly hung out in the living room and we cooked a meal in the kitchen.

Nice place overall

Missing door in 3 season room. Windows need cleaning between screens and windows. Some mold in bathroom and upstairs shower curtain. Gas grill needs some repair - burners will only go low and won't generate enough heat. Bedding was clean and downstairs beds were comfortable.

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The kitchen has plenty of amenities for cooking for the family, which saved time & money since we didn't have to dine out. Upstairs provided a lovely second living area with a bathroom, which was a nice touch and provided an alternative space for the kids to enjoy.

decent house

Super cute house and plenty of room. However, check in was not easy, we got to the house and the code wasn’t working so we had to call for help. They changed the code and took about an hour but someone came to help us and got us in. Then, first thing we noticed was a bunch of bugs inside and outside. We spent a lot of the first night killing spiders, flies, and cockroaches. At the trash, there’s maggots crawling all around the inside of the can. Besides that, the house was comfortable for the most part. Would be a good house for people who dont plan on being there for a majority of their time.

Nice property - enjoyed stay. Issues checking in.

Property suited our needs well. Only issue was we didn'tt receive front door code until an hour after we had arrived after checkin time. "Leavetown" host phone numberr just rang. Called four times and left VM's. Finally got an email response after resorting to sending an email. Got a phone call two hours later. That was the only issue with stay.

Vacation stay

Enjoyed our stay at your property. Very nice property and close to everything. Loved the upstairs loft - very private and good for sharing space. My only advice - the kitchen floor is really unacceptable - needs to be replaced. The rug in the porch and I’m living room should be removed - very dirty. As people are Bringing dogs - it’s better not to have rugs in house - otherwise - place was very clean

Comfort of the property

It was a cute house. Just in need of updates. It seemed like the house had not been used in along time as there were several spiders. It was difficult to get comfortable. Older style air conditioners were used without good air filtering and so we stayed congested. Very difficult to open the door. I think if the property was updated, it would have been a comfortable stay, but we were ready to leave as soon as we walked in, but it was an expensive stay and we just came off of a long drive.

Great location!

This was a perfect little getaway with family! It’s so close to everything; restaurants, beaches, ponds, parks, shopping, etc. The neighbors are all very friendly too!

Lovely Stay - but needs fans/air conditioning in bedrooms

Property nice and quiet. However, there are no fans or air conditioning in downstairs bedrooms - Liv Rm air conditioner had mold/algae and water not draining properly - could not use. Did not use upstairs but good for larger families w/kids. Needs a little TLC but otherwise would recommend.

Great location and size, could use some freshening up

House was close to stores and restaurants, located at the end of a quiet street, with a view of Long Pond, which is a 5-minute bike ride/20-minute walk away. It has a yard with a fire pit, grill, and picnic table. Plenty of sleeping areas inside - 2 BRs, couch in LR, loft with 3 beds and a couch. Sunroom quite pleasant with an additional couch. Two bathrooms a plus. Kitchen small but functional. Loved having a washer/dryer. Beach chairs and coolers, books and games nice extras. So great to be able to bring our pets. It was very easy to communicate with property management. Some downsides: -The bed in the larger bedroom closest to the pond was just awful. The mattress is saggy and lumpy and the double size (as opposed to queen size) made it worse - no way for two people to sleep without rolling on top of each other. My husband and I relocated to the other BR after one night. The other couple staying with us for part of the week left after one night, unable to get comfortable. - The A/C was not very strong and only in the LR. One fan upstairs and one fan downstairs is not sufficient to cool all the sleeping areas. These issues could be addressed with a new, larger bed and A/Cs in the BRs and loft. Not so fixable, - The Trump signs on houses and vehicles in the neighborhood were not welcoming.
