OceanBeachVista! A condo built in 2013 with spectacular ocean view and private ocean beach on Nantucket Sound! You wake up to the sound of the ocean wave and gorgeous view every morning! Just steps away from the private ocean beach! Master bedroom and kitchen facing ocean directly! Large sliding glass doors from Master bedroom opening to large balcony with spectacular view of Nantucket sound. Master bedroom and guest bedroom each has its own bathroom. Kitchen with eat-in area, granite counter top, and stainless steel appliances overlooking ocean view. Living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV (Comcast Xfinity). Master Bedroom has a Roku TV. Gleaming hardwood floors. Washer and Dryer inside own unit. End unit on the second floor of the two-story building (i.e. Building A)

The view is great in one bedroom and from the kitchen. The second bedroom is cramped and dark for adults. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. The location and one bedroom for the one person who slept there was good. The rest of us that slept in the back bedroom were not comfortable. The location and the private beach were great. It is not luxurious at all though.

We had an amazing trip to Dennis Port for three nights. The host was great. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again if we visit the area again.

We just rented the condo for 1 week. The Condo was nice the view was beautiful. We liked the private beach and the view from the master bedroom deck. The baths and bedrooms were roomy. On the negative side the condo is in desperate need of an upgrade. All the furniture especially the living room needs to be updated. The couches were extremely uncomfortable that once you sat in them you couldn't get up. The chair in the living room had extremely poor cushions with zero support. The 2nd bedroom needs a new mattress because once you lay on it you just sink to the middle. The kitchen windows are extremely dirty and need to be cleaned so you can see outside. There's not much cooking area so its difficult to cook if you don't want to eat out everyday. The kitchen cabinets are a mess making it difficult to find anything. We didn't find bed linens so we instructed the 2nd couple who got there later to bring their own. For the master we mixed and matched what was available. Closets have no doors. There's no TV in the 2nd bedroom and the TV in living room and master are very old. I just thought that a 5K rental at the end of August would have been a bit more updated.

Wonderful view

We loved relaxing in the adirondack chairs on the patio overlooking the beach. Everyone else staying in the condos was friendly and considerate.

Lovely condo overlooking ocean. Well appointed and supplied. Very clean. Host was easy to contact and checked in with us to make sure all was well. Had no issues. Would stay there again.

Awesome early spring getaway at Dennisport. So amazing and beautiful. Wish we could stay all year.

Great property and the manager who I spoke to with check-in instructions was very helpful. It had everything you would possibly imagine in the cooking and cleanliness and showers were excellent and the view was amazing.
