Newly finished year round beach house. Easy walk to footbridge beach, Ogunquit center, Oqunquit beach, etc. Backyard firepit, outdoor shower (in the summer), plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, tubes, toys, etc.. Pet friendly and welcome!

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s a great little house, beautifully renovated and good use of the space. We stayed for the winter to visit family so not much use of the beach, but it’s a short drive to the town and beach area.

Clean and comfortable property!

Owners were very communicative and helpful with checking in. The house was very cozy and well appointed. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Perfect vacation

Walking distance to the beach and downtown. Access to trolley if you don't want to walk. House is beautiful, with nice backyard. Definitely would recommend.

Great house!

The house was adorable and exceptionally clean! There was a nice backyard area that in the nicer weather would be lovely to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Unfortunately we only stayed one day and had to come back home for a family emergency. Hopefully we can make it back at another time 😢

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Ogunquit! The location was perfect. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The back yard was so peaceful. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had a seamless experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Ogunquit!"

Loved the house! Updated and loved the beach decor. Also enjoyed the outside patio. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely coming back again. Ogunquit is such a charming town.

Absolutely amazing

This house only minutes from downtown was well appointed and amazingly clean. Everything we needed was right there and can not say enough about the private yard with fire pit and private out door shower. We will stay again in the near future.

Beautiful Beach House

This beach house is beautifully renovated, private, and has a great backyard with a fire pit, patio set, and outdoor shower. It is perfectly located a very short car ride from Footbridge Beach and everything else Ogunquit has to offer! Parking at this beach is easy and you can pay by the hour. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great spot for a vacation!

Fabulous place!

House was wonderful - just as advertised and with a fantastic location! Kitchen was great and well stocked, backyard was fantastic for glass of wine and dinner. House was clean, and everything worked well. Two good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds. Highly recommended - really outstanding! Cannot wait to come back, as Ogunquit is awesome to visit.

Maine getaway

My family and I stayed in this rental June 2024. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and convenient to all locations in Ogunquit or Wells Maine. The beach was just a quick ride down the road which could be easily reached via bicycle. The house has a great setup inside and out including a smart tv and Alexa for music. The patio and yard is nice and private with a outdoor shower for after you visit the beach. Ive stayed in this area for over 20 years and this is by far one of my favorite rentals.

Wonderful Ogunquit Cottage

From beginning to end, I’m so glad I randomly scrolled for a last minute rental. This adorable home has new finishes throughout, is a short walk to the beach and downtown, yet feels tucked away. Large backyard, quiet neighborhood. Jeff is great to work with, answers any question… Will definitely rent again!

Fabulous Girls Weekend

Jeff's property is absolutely adorable! The attention to detail in the decor and the amenities- from a well-stocked kitchen to the board games inside and the yard games outside- made our stay comfortable. The location is great too! It's close enough to all the action in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove while also being more woodsy and quiet. My friends and I had an amazing visit, and the comfort of this cottage was certainly part of our experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!

Shangri-la in Ogunquit

All we can say is thank you Jeff! We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The house is warm and inviting not to mention immaculate! And having our pup with us made it even more special! The location was ideal with a mix of peaceful surroundings and the energy of the Ogunquit bustle! We will be back, thanks again! OGT Place

The stay was excellent, The home was very clean and well laid out for family time. The exterior property ameninties were a really nice plus for family time and privacy. A short walk to downtown makes the location perfect in that you get the ability to have quiet while being close to all the action. The property manager communication was excellent and with a nice friendly flair making it feel like we were dealing with friends. Overall a great experiece and we will be back!

Peaceful Cottage in Ogunquit

Felt welcomed the minute we walked in the door! The cottage was so cute and decorated so nice. Everything was so clean! It’s located away from the hustle/bustle of Ogunquit, but yet close enough to get to town and all the activities within minutes. My husband, our dog and I loved it! It was perfect for us. Our brother and sister in law stopped by one night and they remarked how nice it was as well! When we get back to Ogunquit, Jeff’s place is definitely a top choice to stay! Thanks again for sharing your lovely home!

Wonder Maine Vacation

This is a fantastically located, lovely, clean, home! We really enjoyed our stay! There is a beautiful backyard with fire pit, hammock, and patio set to enjoy, and the location couldn’t be more perfect with easy access to footbridge beach and downtown Ogunquit. The check-in process was also very easy. Our only complaint was that there was only one bath towel, two beach towels, and no hand towels, so for our group of four we had to go out and purchase towels as well as toilet paper as there was no extra stocked. But other than that would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Good spot and great cottage

We had a wonderful stay despite the rainy weather. Place was clean and had everything we needed. My only ask is to update the listing to include the A/C is a wall unit, not central air. It happened to be quite humid and rainy when we were there and the wall unit downstairs did not cool the upstairs well. Small detail and I know it’s Maine weather, but with our one year old it would have been nice to know. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Presently surprised!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this newly renovated home. Jeff was wonderful! He responded to messages very promptly. The home was clean, well stocked and very homey. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a brand new outdoor shower which was not in the description. The spacious backyard provided a wooded retreat for our four legged friend as well as a very comfy hammock, beautiful patio and fire pit. My favorite part of renting this home was the Sunday to Sunday stay. We attended a wedding on Saturday so this provided us with a Sunday Checkout and we didn’t have to be out until 11am! Thank you Jeff and family for a great vacation! I look forward to renting from you in the future.

Just what we needed

We were in need of a last minute getaway for my birthday. We had planned to go to Vegas to see Adele, but when she postponed her March shows due to illness, we decided to go to one of our favorite places (Ogunquit) instead. We wanted a place near the beach and close to downtown, but not too close - the best of both worlds. This place was exactly what we needed! Plus, the house is dog-friendly. So we brought our dog. He loved the backyard and walks on the beach. We all felt very comfortable, right at home. The house is exactly as described. It's clean and the layout is nice. The beds are comfortable. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jeff responded to my questions quickly, which I really appreciated, especially since it was a last minute booking. We were happy with everything about this place. I have a feeling we will be back!
