Newly finished year round beach house. Easy walk to footbridge beach, Ogunquit center, Oqunquit beach, etc. Backyard firepit, outdoor shower (in the summer), plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, tubes, toys, etc.. Pet friendly and welcome!

Everything went very well! We really appreciated having access to extra beach chairs and boards. There was even a beach cart to carry everything. The location was close to everything but at the same time it was very quiet and secluded. Great stay-highly recommend.

This is a great property! The woodsy setting is dreamy. Very nicely decorated. The furniture is comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom shower is great! It has good water pressure. The location is good if you want to be close to the action but not right in the middle of it. I hope to stay here again someday. This was our first visit to Ogunquit, but not our last.

This is a wonderful rental and the owners are also wonderful. I messed up something on my booking that I don’t realize till a few days before our trip and they were helpful and kind about it. We have stayed here two years in a row and they have really made this place a great place to stay. We loved our stay, it has all you need and a wonderful beach vibe to the home. Hope to be back again!

First time to Ogunquit. We originally booked property to bring our dog but ultimately she didn’t make the trip. The house was in a great location for us. Footbridge is about 1 mile away, close enough if you don’t want to pay to park, you can drop off family and stuff and walk back. The house being just north of main town area kept traffic to a minimum impact. Town center is close enough (1.2 miles) to walk as well. The house had a wonderful layout and feel. 2 adults and 2 kids worked perfectly. Property had necessary kitchen items along with towels, linens, with some beach toys, umbrellas, and wagon. The only negative was the grill on back porch was pretty rusted through (heat shield) and propane was empty that we were not able to grill out during our week. Overall, we had a great experience and it fit our needs well.

Lovely home and location a must stay

Wonderful location close to town but yet gives you a private woodsy feeling. Clean has every amenity you would need. Cute, quaint house all upgraded. Tastefully decorated.

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s a great little house, beautifully renovated and good use of the space. We stayed for the winter to visit family so not much use of the beach, but it’s a short drive to the town and beach area.

Check in is EASY! This house has everything we needed and more. The owners have put a lot of thought into what every age group might need and/or enjoy. This was our second summer here and hope to return.

We loved our stay in this cozy, beautiful home! It has such a calm, beach feel and was so clean. It really has everything you would need and is minutes away from Footbridge Beach. Jeff has done a superb job in making the house feel like your home for your stay! Best part was we were able to bring our dog, which made our week even better! Can’t say enough good things about this rental and we hope to come back soon!

So unbelievably CUTE!! Stayed here with my daughter and her husband as part of my birthday trip and we loved it so much! Trees all around, great patio and very comfortable beds. Loved that it had a half bath downstairs and an outdoor shower if needed. Very quiet street and plenty of parking. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was a hot tub! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Lovely, comfortable space!

This lovely house was immaculate. Everything is brand new, and the open floor plan on the first level is great for socializing. There’s a great backyard with fire pit as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! This home is cozy and private and not far from Wells or Ogunquit. Jeff, the host was wonderful. We cant thank you enough! Dog friendly and just a great place to enjoy with family and friends!!

Perfect vacation

Walking distance to the beach and downtown. Access to trolley if you don't want to walk. House is beautiful, with nice backyard. Definitely would recommend.

Vacation

Loved the house! Updated and loved the beach decor. Also enjoyed the outside patio. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely coming back again. Ogunquit is such a charming town.

Feels cabin-like at beach front village. Very clean and spacious My only complaint was we weren’t in walking distance to the main shopping area, but that didn’t keep us from shopping and viewing the beautiful coastline and homes. We are also seniors.Had a great time. Went to the playhouse to see “Elvis Meets the Beatles “. Excellent

Absolutely amazing

This house only minutes from downtown was well appointed and amazingly clean. Everything we needed was right there and can not say enough about the private yard with fire pit and private out door shower. We will stay again in the near future.
