My wife and daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 5 nights. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever and would definitely stay there again. Thank you guys for accommodating a very enjoyable vacation!

My family enjoyed our stay. The location was great, check-in was very easy and convenient and communication with the owners was great. Had a minor issue, which was resolved in a timely manner, and we would definitely book again, in the future.

Ocean view from the balcony was wonderful. Property was very clean. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Close to many area attractions but tucked away in a quiet residential area. The beach was wide and never overly crowded even on the busiest day. We found so many different shells and the tide pools were great in the morning for our two year old to play in. Starbucks coffee within minutes and Barefoot Landing is just down the street. Tanger Outlets and Walmart within 6 minutes. Would happily stay here again. Loved this place.

Huge bath tub but the tiniest hot water heater so it’s useless and really just in the way. Shower has terrible water pressure and the liner was moldy. Bedrooms are hot with loud half working fans. Floors were very dirty. Instantly turned my feet black.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay however I do wish you had opted to give us a call to let us know you were having issues with cooling and or cleanliness and we could have addressed the issues. This way your stay would have been more enjoyable and possibly resulted in a more favorable review. If the AC was not cooling it is possible that the sliders had been opened and not closed completely which would have resulted in the AC being shut off. There are signs on the door, refrigerator, and thermostat instructing guests of this system. There is also signage stating to contact us immediately if you encounter any cleaning related issues. For every issue there was a solution except for the size of the hot water heater which is 40 gallons. Why is it only 40 gallons? Quite simply because that is the largest capacity hot water heater that will fit in the space provided. Guests who make use of the large tub take this into consideration when using the tub. Since a negative review seldom happens I did a quick analysis. Waterpointe 1 Unit 203 has 83 online reviews of which 77 are 5 STAR, 5 are 4 STAR, and now we have this single 3 STAR REVIEW. All in all I believe the reviews speak for themselves and more importantly prove that Happy Crab Vacations strives to provide excellent customer service. As the saying goes, “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”., but we try..

Great Stay

Everything was great about this property! We felt secure and it was close to several fun things. I will mention that the unit did get a bit toasty but, still very comfortable and manageable.

Wonderful Time at North Myrtle Beach

We really enjoyed our trip to North Myrtle Beach. Location of property is excellent. Walking distance to Barefoot Landing and ocean front accomodations. This is a great choice for families of all ages and the beach at Windy Hill is the best in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and although I think leaving a four-star review because of a pull outage is a bit harsh that is your prerogative. Unfortunately the pool was closed because of a pump issue that resulted in water being pumped out and down the city sewer instead of being pumped through the filtering system. Parts were ordered and today is Wednesday I checked in the a.m. and the pool is still not operational. It was my understanding it will be back up today. So the assumption that it was closed for no reason is just incorrect.

Great place to stay in the heart of everything!

Property was super clean & up-to-date. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking needs.. only complaint are the huge roaches/water bugs on the balcony that come out at night.. but we had a great stay & would definitely stay again!

Relax and enjoy!

The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of six. It was clean and close to restaurants and entertainment. Love the views from the balcony. The building wasn’t too big so it never felt crowded. Will definitely rent again.

Home away from home

Our stay was amazing. It definitely felt like I was home at this location. The property was well equipped with all the essentials needed to make your stay worthwhile. The view of the ocean was obscured and I wished I had booked a higher floor. However, the condo was beautiful.

Instead of describing it in words, we actually show photographs of the obstruction in our listing. If you look, photos #2, #12, #13, #23, and #24 all clearly show the obstruction whereas it would be difficult to describe it in words. Unexpected respite

We had a senior moment and arrived two days earlier. Happy Crab Vacation Managers rescued us by wing a condo we could rent for two nights. this condo was clean, comfortable and had a king size bed. We are so grateful to the Southern hospitality shown to us here at Waterpointe 1.

An awesome experience

Dealing with Randy and Debbie’ at happy crab vacations is always a pleasure. They were always patient in dealing with any question we may have had.. Payment can be made in a variety of forms which makes it easy for anyone. When we arrived the condo was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes etc. we truly enjoyed our time there at the beach and would recommend Happy Crab vacations to anyone travelling to South Carolina.

Great condo, even better location!

Waterpointe 1 is in a great location (minutes by car to shops and restaurants) and is steps from the beach. There are also 2 great pools to enjoy! It is also very clean and well-maintained. The condo unit is very clean and has all that you need. The ocean view is somewhat obstructed by the indoor pool structure, however, and the master bath does not have a true "shower"....just a large tub with a handheld shower head. The third bedroom(twin beds) is also very small. Overall, a great condo with a super location. Would definitely stay at Waterpointe 1 again

Windy Hill

Randy was very easy to work with and very accommodating. No complaints - just FYI, the third “bedroom” consists of 2 twin beds with a small nightstand in between. No dresser, closet, mirror or even a place to put suitcase. Not advisable for 3 adults to stay.

Nice experience

The location is perfect. The property itself is in excellent condition. I think it is perfect for a family with younger children because the room with twin beds is really small. Also airconditioner cannot go below 69, so that room gets really stuffy. That said I think people who manage the property are going out of their way to make the experience positive. There were a lot of small really nice touches to make us feel welcome. We thank you very much. So I would absolutely recommend this property!
