Say hello to Mar Vista Grande Unit 710! Over 100 Five Star Reviews! We completed a full renovation in January 2018 and added a few more touches in November 2018, Jan 2022 and Jan 2024 including fireplace, new owner, hall and Jr suite baths, wood flooring throughout, kitchen backsplash, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans. Mar Vista Grande is North Myrtle Beach’s preeminent high-rise. Clean, manicured, secure and jam-packed with amenities. Large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge space; a lazy river, hot tub and a private Tiki Bar. When you want to be out of the sun there is a spacious indoor/covered pool area with a kiddie pool, Jacuzzi and play area. For those who want to hit the gym there is a modern exercise room with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, machines and free weights. Lastly location, location, location – Mar Vista Grande is 4 miles from Barefoot Landing and close to many fine restaurants and attractions.

Unit 710 has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, comfortably sleeping 10 on four queen beds and one king in the owner's suite. Our unit has been completely upgraded with new bathrooms, paint, hardwoods, lighting and all new stainless steel appliances. Every piece of furniture from beds and mattresses to sofas and chairs, right down to the dining table on the expansive balcony is brand new.

For your indoor downtime check out the new 55 inch smart TV’s in the master bedroom and living room. There is also a 43 inch smart TV in the junior suite and front bedroom. Each TV has a dedicated DVR and Blu Ray player. Wi-Fi for your laptop, tablet or Netflix is excellent with a dedicated signal for the unit.

Whether you prefer sunrises or sunsets, we know you will find our home away from home a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We look forward to sharing our getaway with you.

Stunning and great location

We were looking for beachfront accommodations with three BRs and three full bathrooms. This is the perfect location so we could enjoy being together as a family, but everyone also had separate sleeping areas and we could spread out when getting ready to go out. I would not hesitate to stay her again.

Family trip

Location was great. Condo was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The security getting into the garage and building made us feel safe. Will definitely stay here again if going back to MB.

The BEST MarVista condo!

We frequent Myrtle Beach and have stayed in various oceanside condos over the years. MarVista Grande has several homes for rent and we love the complex for many reasons. The attached parking, cleanliness, and security all important to us. Not to mention the pools, hot tubs, Tiki Bar, and direct beach access. We have stayed in other homes in the complex and this is far and away THE BEST we have found. Don't bother bringing beach chairs, towels, or worry about your morning coffee because this place has it all. Cooking in? ALL the things you need are there. High quality throughout this home down to the composite deck furniture. Communicated directly with owners, who have graciously shared their home. I brought my family of adult kids and two grandchildren under 3 years old. We had all the room we needed and due to nap schedules and such stayed close to the home. Its quiet! The views are epic. Sunrise on the balcony, or walking the beach which is groomed by the NMB municipality every morning. We will be back! Thank You!

Beautiful property and well appointed condo. The community sits on a nice, wide stretch of beach. The common areas, pool, hot tubs were so clean! We will be back, for sure!

Great beach views

Very clean. Beach was well maintained. Pool area was clean and heated, Big plus! Kitchen needs a refresh of pans and cutlery. Reminded me of “let’s bring all of our old stuff to the VRBO”. For a million dollar property, the details are missing. Poor communication. Left voice mail early evening and mid morning. No response until after I left unreturned VM with owner.

Amazing fully stocked Condo!

Wow! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners made sure it was stocked with everything you would need! From a fully stocked kitchen, paper towels, laundry detergent, books, games, even beach chairs to use! The owners also let us add an extra night which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall the property was really nice. Ran into a few hiccups with some of the appliances…still able to use. The main issue with the unit was there was not enough storage for food and essentials of ours in the kitchen and two bedroom closets were full of owners’ property and unable to put some of our belongings in (luggage, shoes, etc.). Also, two of the mattresses need replaced…middle broken down. This was not a dealbreaker. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Getaway

I highly recommend this property for a vacation. Every detail was on point. It was beautiful, Comfortable and Spacious. And also don't let me forget to talk about about that balcony. I loved waking up to watching the sunrise over the beach everyday. We will be back.

The condo was absolutely beautifully decorated and upgraded!!! My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the pools and hot tubs were great! So relaxing sitting on the balcony, such amazing views!!!

Best Place to Stay!

We had an awesome time in this beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom condo. It is exactly like the pictures. It is clean, comfortable, and has the best view from the balcony. The communication with the owners was off the charts. Highly recommended!

Great location. Wonderful views.

The property was very clean, plenty of home ammentities it felt like a home away from home. Lot of space, for our 5 person party. The bacony view and seating space was great, we used all the pools, and of course the beach. This spot really does have it all if your looking for a nice beach get away. The one criticism I would have for the property was getting the luggage carts. There was a young man lending out the luggage carts and he took my license until I returned the cart, which didn't bother me at all, the issue was when I went back about 30 minutes later to return it and get my license back the guy was gone, including his table he had setup. I get the feeling he did not take his job very seriously and it was a little after 5 when I got back there, so I suppose he was done at 5 and didn't care much what happened after that. I do not hold the condo owners responsible for this, but the building super/owner should probably find a better method or hire more responsible individuals for this.

Loved it!

Loved the property! Perfect amount of space for all 6 of us. The only feed back I would have is maybe invest in better mattresses for the 2 rooms with full-size beds. They are very noisy when you move. Also, the master bathroom needs shower doors so water does not go everywhere.

Amazing getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful! NMB isnt as crowded or overwhelming as MB, yet we had access to so many things in a short drive. I have not one bad thing to say. I will definitely be back!

Awesome experience and beautiful condo!

We loved this condo. Decor is very tasteful and condo and building well cared for. We loved that it wasn’t overly crowded like another condo we’ve stayed in. Amenities were just enough. Cute pool bar and umbrella service. We’ll be back!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our group of 10. Spacious, beautiful and clean. Beach access without packing up cars. No bunks!…which is great for older teens and young adults. The balcony view was amazing. Property managers were prompt with responses and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Mar Vista Grande is simply the best building in North Myrtle beach. Clean, safe and consistently updated. The condo's are roomy and the views are spectacular. Largest balconies that I have seen anywhere. The owners take pride in this building and it shows. Lastly, the location and amenities cant be beat.

Mar Vista Grande has its own in-house Spa by appointment only. It also has a newly updated exercise/fitness room. There are two indoor pools and one hot tub along with an outdoor pool, a lazy river, and a hot tub next to the Tiki bar. Building entry is secured with key code access and cameras.
