BMT Grads Stay! Minutes to Lackland + Community Pool, SeaWorld, Shopping!

The guest stayed at the property for a total of eight days. On the fifth day of the stay, we were notified that the toilet had overflowed. We contacted a plumber and arranged for emergency service as quickly as possible. Because it was an emergency service call, we were unable to provide an exact arrival time initially, and we followed up with the guest as soon as we had a confirmed time. Upon inspection, the plumber determined that the toilet and main sewer line were obstructed and removed a significant amount of wipes from the plumbing. The issue was cleared at that time. Two days later, the guest contacted us again regarding another backup. The plumber returned and found additional wipes in the plumbing. Following the guest’s departure, our final inspection also found used diapers left in closets. The plumbing issue has since been fully addressed, and a claim has been submitted through VRBO for the related damages. We take the condition and maintenance of our property seriously and make every effort to respond promptly when issues arise during a guest’s stay.

You showed up, you never looked at your welcome page in your app. You waited 15 minutes and called VRBO instead of me. You told VRBO you were waiting longer then you were so they suggested you find another place. However, VRBO never called me prior to giving you that advice. They are required to do so before canceling on a hosts end. It has been documented that they did not call me and this review is in the works of being removed. Had you have checked your app you would have found the code to enter. Had you have called me as my number is listed in several places, I could have easily let you in ASAP. I am unsure why you chose to call VRBo rather then your host first with any issues is beyond me but for future, that is your best bet. I am sorry VRBO didn't help you as they should have or that they did not reach out to me as they should have but once I saw your message on app 15 minutes after check in time I copied and pasted check in instructions but you had already found another place. 15 minutes after check in time......
