You are truly in the Hollywood Hills with views that belong on a postcard! With a birds eye view you can see everything but your still walking distance from the Hollywood Bowl as well as Hollywood Blvd, Runyon Canyon and the 100 year old Landmark restaurant Yamashiros. This is definitely a place you'd want to chill at with your significant other or your closest friends. The location is very private so no worries about privacy. I truly believe you'll want to keep this one a secret!!!

A+ home and host

Listing was very accurate. Home exceeded our expectations and has everything you need. Stunning wrap-around views. Central W Hollywood location puts you close to so many must sees. Great communication from host and he welcomed us upon arrival which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was just perfect for us

It’s all about the view which was spectacular. The place is very roomy and had everything you need. We enjoyed playing pool on the pool table. Don’t use Apple maps but use Google maps because Apple Maps led us to the wrong place. It was really nice having the owner meet us there to take us in and show us around.

Perfect Hollywood home

The overall property was beautiful! The view from the house is just as advertised and home has a great artist its touch. The hosts were beautiful vibrant people that communicated great and had great recommendations. I’m looking forward to coming back and staying in one of their beautiful homes.

Great place in Hollywood

This house is in a great location. The views of LA are amazing. Georigo and Kelly are amazing hosts. They toured the house with us and made sure we knew how everything worked and where everything was located. We can't thank them enough for being so gracious. we will definitely rent this property on our next trip to LA.

Amazing views!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this special home. We loved the décor which has a cozy Hollywood vibe. The beds especially were super comfortable. However, the best thing about this property are the amazing views as soon as you walk in the front door! Downtown LA, the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign are all there. The owners are super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hollywood Hills Home

We had an amazing vacation stay in Geogio and Kelly’s home. It was like living inside the pages of a magazine for a few days. The inside was spacious and the view from the balcony both in the mornings and evenings could not be beat! The location was central to everything we wanted to do from Hollywood to the beaches and Beverly Hills. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods within 2 miles. This will be our go to property in LA for sure!

A true natural hidden gem!

When I arrive I was greeted by the host and his wife. I thought it was kind of awkward at first but once inside I truly understood them being there. Once enter I was taken back by the modern decor and he cleanliness of the house. They took me through a detail walk through of the house and when I tell you each floor is just as beautiful as the next I would be lying. They were on call with anything I needed as far as direction and place to eat. I will not give to much detail of this beautiful home. But I will tell you it’s a must rent. Here’s one attraction. I feel like at night I can reach out and grab the Hollywood sign.

Awesome location and Amazing Views! This house was perfect for the 6 of us. We loved the decor, the beds were comfy,, 3 bathrooms!, stocked with what you may have forgotten and the hosts were so nice! Definitely will be recommending to family and friends that visit California.

house was AMAZING!! view is indescribable & let’s not forget my favorite part of the stay…. the HOSTS!!! never have i ever met hosts that greet you at the property and give you a tour, answer questions, give suggestions, etc. that really sealed the deal for our stay and i can’t wait to come back

We had an amazing experience! The view was absolutely stunning and sitting on the deck in the evening was heavenly! The house had a great vibe with modern decor. It has all the amenities and parking. Our hosts were welcoming and had great communication. A must stay if you are traveling to Los Angeles.

Fabulous stay in Hollywood Hills!

What an amazing place. I could just stare at the views all day. Great decor, comfortable and luxurious. Very close to Hollywood Boulevard and Hollywood Bowl but very safe, secure and private. Lovely hosts and so nice to have the fridge stocked too. Thank you for our stay, one to remember!

Fun place to stay for a girls trip!

The view is better than the pictures. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen has most anything needed to cook. Short walk to Hollywood bowl. Conveniently located to all of fun

Amazing views and comfortable home

Best stay ever!

We loved our stay and Georgio and Kelly were amazing hosts. Responsive and welcoming. The house is well stocked and there is a washer and dryer which was great for us after a trip to Venice Beach. The house is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were in town for a graduation at USC and the location worked great for us. We also visited Universal Studios which was only a couple of minutes away. We had two small children and it wa speeded for them as well. The deck railing is very safe.Thank you Georgio and Kelly!!

Hollywood Bowl weekend

This home is a perfect spot for walking to the Hollywood Bowl. The views are amazing, the decor creative and warm, and the kitchen stocked for being able to cook. We plan to come back for sure.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views

We had a fantastic stay. This is probably the best home we’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of room and amenities for the whole family, great location, amazing and comfortable decor, and fantastic views overlooking the city. A wonderful stay from our initial arrival and tour of the house to the moment we left. We absolutely loved our stay.
