You are truly in the Hollywood Hills with views that belong on a postcard! With a birds eye view you can see everything but your still walking distance from the Hollywood Bowl as well as Hollywood Blvd, Runyon Canyon and the 100 year old Landmark restaurant Yamashiros. This is definitely a place you'd want to chill at with your significant other or your closest friends. The location is very private so no worries about privacy. I truly believe you'll want to keep this one a secret!!!

Perfect location for a perfect vacation

This gorgrously-designed home is perfectly positioned with a sweeping view of Los Angeles and just a short walk away from the Hollywood Bowl. The property was clean, quiet, secure, beautiful, and truly the best of LA. Thank you for an awesome say in my favorite city!

The place was just perfect for us

It’s all about the view which was spectacular. The place is very roomy and had everything you need. We enjoyed playing pool on the pool table. Don’t use Apple maps but use Google maps because Apple Maps led us to the wrong place. It was really nice having the owner meet us there to take us in and show us around.

A+ home and host

Listing was very accurate. Home exceeded our expectations and has everything you need. Stunning wrap-around views. Central W Hollywood location puts you close to so many must sees. Great communication from host and he welcomed us upon arrival which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location

We had an excellent stay at Georgio’s property. He met us at check in and gave us a tour. The place was clean and well decorated. The views were amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location and home

Location was close to many local activities and the 101 freeway, views were great, and house was laid out in a way that could work for most families, or a couple, couples. Stocked with useful items (think shower/laundry/kitchen). Thank you!

Perfection!

We had such an amazing time! This property makes you feel like a movie star. The views are stunning, the house feels very private and is in such a prime location. The hosts are two of the loveliest people, who make you feel very welcomed when you arrive. We are alreading planning to come back! Book your stay here now, you will not be disappointed!

A five star experience all around! The house was filled with supplies - bathroom, kitchen, bedding, etc. The views are amazing, the beds comfortable, the walkability great, we all loved the home. 3 couples and no complaints.

Great place in Hollywood

This house is in a great location. The views of LA are amazing. Georigo and Kelly are amazing hosts. They toured the house with us and made sure we knew how everything worked and where everything was located. We can't thank them enough for being so gracious. we will definitely rent this property on our next trip to LA.

Great location and fabulous host!

The house is beautiful, lots of space and very comfortable for our party of 8. The views are amazing, location is private once you enter the gate, and the amenities made this stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Georgio and Kelly are wonderful hosts and put a lot of pride in their home. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in LA.

Hollywood Hills Gem

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were great, the house was exactly as advertised, and the views are phenomenal. You truly do have a view of Hollywood sign, Observatory, Capital Records, and downtown LA from the balcony and downstairs bedroom. House is also walking distance from Hollywood Bowl which is exactly why we chose this house. Fair warning, it’s uphill/stairs on the way back, just take your time and you will be fine. 10/10 would stay again.

Super Place in Hollywood Hills

Giorgio and kelly are excellent hosts- so warm and welcoming, and the place is terrific. Very spacious with super cool design and amenities. Incredible deck and view.

Perfect Hollywood home

The overall property was beautiful! The view from the house is just as advertised and home has a great artist its touch. The hosts were beautiful vibrant people that communicated great and had great recommendations. I’m looking forward to coming back and staying in one of their beautiful homes.

Private and amazing property in great location

We had an amazing stay at this artistically designed home. We loved every single detail. You can feel the love that Georgio and his wife put into renovating and decorating it. A lot of space for our family of four and well laid out. Great views of LA and the Hollywood sign. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

This home was a Hollywood dream in the hills. It was close to everything, yet private and felt luxurious. The views were incredible and the beds were cozy. The art and decor amazing! I could smell the eucalyptus tree by the back bedroom and the vegetation was delightful!

Amazing views!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this special home. We loved the décor which has a cozy Hollywood vibe. The beds especially were super comfortable. However, the best thing about this property are the amazing views as soon as you walk in the front door! Downtown LA, the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign are all there. The owners are super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hollywood Hills Home

We had an amazing vacation stay in Geogio and Kelly’s home. It was like living inside the pages of a magazine for a few days. The inside was spacious and the view from the balcony both in the mornings and evenings could not be beat! The location was central to everything we wanted to do from Hollywood to the beaches and Beverly Hills. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods within 2 miles. This will be our go to property in LA for sure!
