A beautiful house right in Hollywood. Walking around is easy and having 2 car garage parking is wonderful. We had a great stay. Couldn't have asked for more.

The location of the property was great, Inside of the property was clean, outside could have been better. There was private parking but it was a little scary and was hard to get in and out of.

The property had everything described. It was nice having parking, though it is very dark down there. The inside was clean. Check you have everything you need before getting settled in. We booked the room for 5 people and there were only 3 wash clothes in the main bedroom. It was too late to notify the host about not having the towels we needed. We made do with what we had. It was nice having a full size washer and dryer. I would also ask about turning the ac on before you arrive. Everything is turned off on arrival. It was 86 degrees in the unit when we arrived, and it took a while to cool it down. It is very close to attractions. You can easily walk to places.

Four friends stayed at this townhouse because it was so close the Hollywood bowl. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable for 4 people. There were 2 parking spots in the gated garage. The home was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as well as extras like cotton pads and Q-tips. The house was very secure behind a locked gate. The uber to our restaurant was 9. Tip: if you go to the Hollywood bowl and want a ride home, walk to the rideshare lot. Don’t book a ride ahead of time. There will many taxis and independent drives there. You can negotiate a price and leave right away. We waited 45 min for our booked driver.

Perfect location! So nice to have secure parking. It was quiet. Comfortable beds. Ideal set up to play tourist for a few days with our 20s sons.

The location was fabulous. Great restaurants. Owners recommended a close Thai place that has a Michelin star and we ate at Petite Trois which also has a Michelin star. Very clean and perfect for our needs. Lots of street parking and we did not use the two underground parking spots.

Great location for walking around the stars and other Hollywood sights. Comfortable beds. Good communication with owner. The apartment building itself is a little sketchy and there was garbage and broken furniture everywhere on the curb right outside the front gate, not the owners fault, just not pleasant. Quieter than expected. We were in and out in one night but it seemed really well appointed for a longer stay.

The house was as described and if you read other reviews it will tell you the outside is a little sketchy but the inside is ok. Plenty of space for 4 and enough linens and towels. We had a tough time with communication with the host both during booking and after. We never did get any check out instructions. We asked for recommendations on places to eat and never heard back. They did recommend Ralphs for food store and target. There was one roll of paper towels, but no true cleaning supplies (like Clorox wipes) and there were zero potholders. If you plan on doing any cooking, there are very little spices (salt, pepper, garlic salt and a couple others). The dishwasher could use an upgrade as it does not dry the dishes no matter what setting. The garage is gated and underneath the house which is nice however there is no lighting. There is 2 small decks off sliding glass doors but honestly they were needing cleaning so we didn’t even open the curtains / blinds. The house is a block over from the Hollywood stars which is great and you can walk safely to the Hollywood bowl (uphill going) and there are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Since I was communicating with other members of your group- I thought they would share the information. I also let you know I was boarding a flight and would not have reception, and provided my co-host’s number for assistance while I attended to personal matters. Regarding checkout, we only ask guests to check for their belongings and leave the garage door openers—no cleaning or other tasks are required and we have it in writing in our welcome book:)

Great place in an absolutely great location with parking for TWO vehicles. That's Shangri-la in Los Angeles. Can't remember if this is the second or third time we stay here but will be staying here again

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was within a block or two of things we wanted to see, and some really great places to eat. We were only there a few nights, but looking at the big picture and the reason we were in Hollywood this is definitely a perfect place to stay. Hopefully this place is available the next time we venture into town

Great location in Hollywood!

We loved the location, so close to everywhere we wanted to be. The unit was clean and had everything we needed although we were out most of the time and really just used the place to sleep and make cinnamon rolls one morning. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a very tough time communicating with the host the day of check-in and getting instructions to access the property, which led to a difficult situation with Vrbo where they offered to cancel and rebook our reservation. The amenities were OK, not amazing. The space did have a bit of a musty smell, but we were able to air it out opening doors/windows. The location was perfect though, very walkable.

We were a walk around the corner to Hollywood Blvd and a 10 min drive to Universal Studios. It was the perfect location for our family
