Wonderful little place

This little condo was perfect. My husband and I were looking for a little getaway out-of-the-way and this met everything we needed. We were even able to check in an hour and a half early.

We were very comfortable in the unit we stayed in. We appreciated how clean everything was. The only negatives were the steps and location. Even though there were only 4 steps, it was very difficult for us to manage them as we are both somewhat handicapped. The location is a little "off the beaten path". If it weren't for the steps we would definitely come back again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice place

Nice place, great price. Had issue understanding the lock on the door. Sent message, owner called back within minutes and talked me through it. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location with a cozy feel

Our stay was amazing. The place was very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Price and location is great. I highly recommend this one.

Branson Fall Creek 2024

We had a great stay. There was a few things that we noticed that needs to be looked.at. It is a little tricky locking the door, it needs to be adjusted. The inside thermostat really needs to be replaced it is hard to adjust the temperature. Just for older people or people who has issues with stairs there are 3 stairs to get into the condo and there are no rails to help you walk up. Theses things are just little and would just help we really did enjoy the stay.

Great priced condo in need of a lot of TLC

To start. The front door was rusty and oxidized. Evidently there had been a flood at some point the kitchen/living room floor was ruined, as laminate floor will do when it gets wet, raised edges, gaps in flooring. Might replace the broken light cover in the kitchen and replace the burnt out bulbs over the jack and jill sink. and while your at it replace the rusted ceiling fan on the patio (hideous) The bed was great, plenty of hot water, dishwasher in spite of being old was a BEAST at cleaning dishes, heat and air was good. For the price, I'm satisfied even though the listing advertised condo as "newly remodeled" Last but not least... reverse the door on the cotton picken refrigerator; it's not that hard.

It was okay

Looked like a fresh coat of paint and new floors was the remodel the trim wasn't done by a professional. But the ace wasn't bad but it wasn't up to the expectations from the description. But overall it wasn't a bad place to stay for a couple of nights

Warning

The property was as represented on ground floor; however, there are four steep concrete steps without a railing from parking lot to the front door. Therefore, anyone using a wheelchair or a walker, will not be able to gain entry. Surprised the Branson City Code does not require a railing. This condo is definitely unsuitable for those who have trouble walking.

Quick and easy

Property was easy to find and communications were clear. We just had a one night stay. If staying longer I definitely would have brought coffee along. I would recommend this property.

Quick stop

Worked well for a quick overnigt stay. Nice quiet area. Ceiling fan on the patio needs replaced and the sofa bed was not comfortable. Respectful price.

Good place to stay and quick response and action from owner

This is a good place to stay especially for the price. The bed is a little on the firm side for my liking and the foldout couch is, well, a foldout couch. There was a monsoon the week that we were there and there was a little bit of flooding but the owner was quick to respond and gave us a refund for one of the days.

Fall Creek Get Away.

Clean, comfortable condo

This was our second stay in Jorge’s condo. We had no problem with the condo itself. However, we were disappointed in how our communication with Jorge by text went. We notified him of damage to a table, the lack of a parking pass and the lack of a Roku remote for the bedroom TV. He said he was aware of these things and apologized for any inconvenience. We felt if he knew about these things prior to our arrival, he should have replaced the parking pass and remote so we weren’t inconvenienced. He got back to us quickly, but we weren’t happy with the response☹️

Great stay

We really enjoyed our week stay here. Less than 10 minute drive to the strip. Just up the road from Fall Creek restaurant, a new favorite for our family. Wonderful stay!

Relaxing Stay

The property was just right for the two of us. It was further back on the property than we expected which made it quiet and away from the traffic and activity of Branson but close enough to be a short drive. It was also close to a water source for fishing. We spent morning coffee on the back patio enjoying nature. The manager was very nice and easy to communicate with when we had some difficulties with directions and unlocking the door.

Quiet location

Good location, great stay, great price point. The only improvement I would make is to add darkening drapes in the bedroom, so to block out the morning sun.
