There was hair on the top sheet and knots on the fitted sheet. The bathroom had not been cleaned good. And it had a horrible smell.

Overall the property was exactly as described. Everything was nicely decorated, clean, and ready to go. It was literally steps to the pool and the clubhouse. Only 15 minutes to all the main Branson attractions. Now the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. 1) There were a lot of bugs. I’m talking we killed at least 20 mosquitoes and 6 spiders and a few other crawly things. My son woke up covered in bites. 2) The internet stopped working after the first night so we had no TV all weekend. 3) there was only one small skillet and one small pot to cook in, we ended up having to borrow a larger pot from a neighbor to cook pasta. Aside from these relatively minor inconveniences, we were happy with our stay and would come back.

It’s great to hear you liked being just steps from the pool and clubhouse, and that the location made it easy to enjoy everything Branson has to offer. I appreciate you taking the time to share the concerns you experienced. I’m sorry about the insects, the internet outage, and the limited cookware. We’ll be following up with our maintenance team to inspect the Wi-Fi and review the kitchen inventory, and we’ll also have the home checked to address the pest concerns. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It means a lot to hear that, despite these issues, you enjoyed your stay and would consider returning. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience next time.
