The master bath offers a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has been completely renovated. The spacious living room updated with fireplace, recliner and Lift-Chair, has a full unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking tools for family food preparation.
Alternatively, the location is ideal for a variety of dining options within walking/biking or short driving distance. Finally, this property offers a large, private, corner wrap-around balcony looking North-East over the beach. And a balcony off the master bedroom facing west to view the sunsets.
This unit can easily accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. Two spacious elevators are available for use.

Our primary goal is customer care. We use the condo as vacationers and therefore are continuing to realize 'what is missing' to make this place AMAZING. This property has it all. It over looks a private beach with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. This condo offers a comfortable and spacious area that easily accommodates 8 people - offering a place to unwind and relax with family as well as being able to close the door for alone time. The wrap around balcony on the North end provides excellent views of the Sunrise at all angles and the back balcony is perfect for sunsets and views of A1A. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment for any cooking adventure.
As the unit is on the 3rd floor, you are not too low or too high which permits communication with people on the ground and easy access to stairs when the elevators are occupied.
