What if you were able to wake up every day to your own personal view of the beach? Well, in this 3rd floor, 1,100 square foot beachfront condo you truly can. Located in a gated community or, as we like to call it, a private oasis, it sleeps six, with one king bed, two twin beds, one sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.
It’s a front unit, with a balcony that bends around the corner of the building, giving you a panoramic view of the crescent beach. It has often been said, “A picture is worth a thousand words,” but a picture does not do justice for this view. Imagine being able to see the sun sparkling off of the water beneath a bright blue sky. Mangroves encircling a lagoon between the ocean and a long strip of silken white sand. A wooden walkway crossing the sand dunes leading from the grounds of the South Seas to this exquisite beach. You don’t need to imagine this, however, since this is your view from the balcony. And it only gets better when you pair it with the warm ocean trade winds massaging you and the sound of the waves softly mesmerizing you as you sip your morning coffee.
When you come in from the balcony, so does the tropical beach theme, with sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill every room with natural sunlight. Every room opens up to the balcony and features sand-colored tile floors and walls. Tropical portraits, driftwood décor, and sculptures of sea life are present throughout the unit as a constant reminder of where you are. In addition to this, soft sofas and chairs enhance the island-style comfort, while you lounge in the living room.
The kitchen comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a full-course dinner or blend a batch of tropical drinks to sip on the balcony as you enjoy the sky turning a brilliant orange from the setting sun.
The unit offers comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. You also have beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
The South Seas is filled with amenities, starting with a heated pool encircled by palm trees. Or stroll through the hibiscus-scented pathways to the newly re-surfaced tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, fitness center, charcoal grills or the social room.
For dinner, take a short walk to one of the Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ.
