Cabin is completely run off a brand new solar system and a wood burning fireplace for your comfort all in a custom built cabin created by a local company, Montana Mobil cabins. Step out of your comfort zone into a new comfort zone that is totally fun for everyone. Beautiful views and wildlife are right out your front porch. See if you can spot the mated pair of Sandhill cranes that are a constant in the valley in front of cabin. Catch the moose and their young as they make their way to the pond, or watch the black bears and their cubs (from a safe distance of course!). Just short hike from your front door are 4 lakes for fishing or kayaking: Grassy Lake, Reservoir lake, Twin Lakes, and Axolotl lake- well known for the artic grayling fish and the rare salamander that Axolotl Lake is named for, can you find one? So close to multiple atv trails for adventure or just relax next to the firepit and listen to the stream. Fire Tower also has its own stocked pond on property! Trapper's Cabin is equipped with a private deck, custom made counter with pump sink, dining area, coffee pot and firepit or grilling and for smore's! We will provide utensils and disposable dishes for your convenience.This beautiful private cabin has 1 queen bed and 2 full beds in the loft, and sleeps up to 6 people. All bedding is provided. Cabin is one of 4 unique accomodations located on Fire Tower Ranch property which spans over 378 deeded acres bordering BLM land and connects with Beaverhead-Deerlodge national forest. This spectacular setting offers each and every guest access to the thousands of acres of private and public land to recreate on. Located only 10 miles from the Fly-Fishing capitol Ennis Montana and the Madison River, and only 5 miles to the gold mining towns of Virginia City and Nevada City, down the old Virginia city road that runs through the property.
