Nice place to stay

A beautiful place to stay! A well located, clean, comfortable site, close to the village of Blue Mountain and ±35 min from Wasaga Beach. We greatly enjoyed our vacation!

Great experience

The place was really nice, clean, and cozy. Very close to the mountain and the black diamond trails. However it’s a bit small for 6 adults but we made it work especially given the excellent price. Beds were all comfortable except the sofa bed although the couch itself when not in sofa bed form was comfortable. The hosts were very good with communication and very kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a nice place for a trip to Blue Mountains, especially if you’re a group of 4.

Relaxing Getaway

Everything we needed so we could catch our breath after a sudden loss of a family member. It was comfortable and homey. Quiet area and very clean. Definitely would book again.

10/10 would visit again!

I travelled from Saskatchewan to The Blue Mountains for a ski trip with my friends. This place was so close to the resort, check in and check out was extremely easy! The owners had the best communication and worked with and met our needs. I have never loved a place so much and was sad to leave. The place is so clean and neat and tidy, which makes it so easy to feel like home! Can’t wait to come back next winter!!

Clean, comfortable, but not great. B or B+

The description indicated that the property had been recently remodeled. It needs some touch up paint to maintain that fresh feeling-there are quite a few scuffs and dings throughout. Also, the instructions for controlling the temperature weren't accurate, there were no instructions for the fireplace (we weren't sure if it was safe to use, so didn't) or the TV, and the plugs near the kitchen counter were quite picky about what could fit into them. My guess is that the managers would have been very responsive in handling any questions/requests. We were there for two days and didn't want to spend a minute on these non-urgent issues.

comfy beds

The good first- the beds are comfy and pillows are nice. Clean. Quiet. Good communication. The not so good... No view. It is small, which I expected after reading other reviews. There is no place to sit and eat or play a game. I usually book an apartment or condo because I can make meals saving us quite a bit of money and we like have separate areas. This condo is great if all you plan to do is sleep and have a cup of coffee or tea and maybe a bowl of cereal. The cookware leaves a lot to be desired and there are very few utensils. There is a nice hiking trail very close, if you visit in the winter, bring either snowshoes if lots of snow or yaktrax. We didn't have good winter conditions so it was not ski in/out. My kids loved the skiing, even with the not so great conditions. (we're from Ohio, so they were much better than ours)

Disappointing

Arrival 1. When we arrived, there was exterior work being done. There was saw dust all over the place and got on to our clothes and supplies. 2. Internet and cable did not work. We reached out to manager, and they finally sent someone to look at it. By the time the person arrived, I finally got it to work. 3. Lift/boom equipment was blocking the sidewalk and stairs. the boom blocked the sidewalk all weekend. Had to walk on the muddy lawn. Kitchen Supplies 1. The kitchen has the basic items but missing some key items. The main item missing was a flipper to flip eggs and pancakes. 2. There was an island with seating, but there was no overhang on the countertop, so your knees always hit the counters. After the stay After our stay we were charged for a duvet which was for the pull-out sofa. We never used the duvet and never knew it was there to use. According to the manger it was not there after our stay but was there before the stay. The manager was going to get the house keepers to look again, and he would get back to us and keep us up to date on their findings. He never got back to us. This was our first time using Vrbo and will be our last time using Vrbo because of the experience.

Great place to crash!

This property was exactly as listed and a perfect place to stay while at the Blue Mountains. Our only complaint was that the pullout couch was very squeaky, so very minor!

Great family experience

We had 2 small families share this space. This was a great experience from beginning to end. The kids felt at home and the adults had everything they needed for cooking and keeping the kids entertained.

Sibling gathering

Met up with 5 of my siings for a 2 day get-together. This place worked out perfectly for us. I would definitely stay here again. So close to everything we wanted to do and explore.

Nice but difficult sleep.

Nice condo but hard to sleep soundly. Between the very loud fan turning on and off all night and street light streaming in through the upper window it was very difficult to get into a deep sleep. Overall okay
