Dear Kim, I am sincerely sorry if you were unable to benefit from the internet during your stay. This is indeed not normal. However, we have not received any message from you: neither on the mobile phone number of our managers, nor on my phone number as the owner (the one on Vrbo). I also did not receive a message via Vrbo messaging, nor a direct email message. We work in the old town, that is to say less than 150 meters from the Pantai house and we always try to intervene very quickly when our tenants need it. This is the first time in more than 12 years on Vrbo that we have obtained a rating of 3/5 for one of our properties. Again, if you didn't have the Internet (a cut may actually happen), we should have intervened. But unfortunately we did not receive this information. Henri.
