Clean and comfortable.
Four miles south of Grayling with spacious parking, fenced backyard with screened patio, covered porch and small fenced patio in front to watch the sunsets.

Across the road is historic Wellington Farm Park and there is also nearby access to snowmobile and off-road trails, cross-country and downhill skiing, nearby lakes and rivers for seasonal fishing, canoeing, kayaking and other water sports. Other outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and disc golf are also close by.

Major travel routes within a few miles make this a great central location for fun and exploration in Northern Michigan. I75, US127, and M72

This property was such a pleasant, clean getaway. The horses on the property were an adorable touch for a home that offered lots of lounge space and amenities.

A cute little place that fit the four of us perfectly. It was centrally located between the two golf courses we planned to play at. Clean, comfortable and overall a great place to stay. Thank you !

This rental was out in the country and very nice, one of the best places we have stayed in. We were certainly come back when we are in the area again.

I travel a lot and book at VRBO’S and I have to say that this house was by far the cleanest, most organized and comfortable house I have been at ! The price was great and the owners were very accommodating and friendly. My family and I enjoyed watching the horses in the pasture. If I could rate this stay, it would be a 10 ! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay and we will be returning in the future.

It felt like we were staying at an updated farmhouse, even with beautiful horses to look at. Very good size, with everything you could need,

Beautiful rental in a quiet area. Plenty of parking. Lots of room in the home. It could easily handle six people. Big fenced in area for children in the back yard. Screened in back porch area and comfortable front porch. The kitchen was clean and seemed to have everything we needed. Washer and dryer were available if needed. The host was quick to respond. This was our second time staying there and we totally enjoyed it. When we go that way again we hope it will be available .

House is clean and well maintained. Quite location but still close to everything. The screened in porch is a nice amenity as bugs can be an issue in northern Michigan in the summer. We have stayed here twice now and most likely will again the next time we visit Grayling.

Clean and beautifully decorated house, with 2 full bathrooms, plenty of sleeping room for our family of 4. Close to shopping in Gaylord or Grayling, and swimming in Higgins Lake all about 20 minutes away. Good variety of restaurants and playgrounds for kids. The great thing is the Williamston Farm across the street, had a great time there and we just walked over. The owners were excellent to work with, answered each question we had. Went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had all the things we needed to make our stay a good one. We will think about staying here again in the future.

The host was friendly and the house was charming and clean! There were a lot of amenities, like the soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, along with kitchen utensils and the coffee maker! It was a great location as well, not far from Grayling.
