Best location in Destin!

We loved our entire stay! The home was beautiful and SO comfortable , and the views were stunning! We loved the convenience of the beach service being just steps away from the home, and the fact that the beach was not over-crowded. As always there are a few downsides: 1: there was not a beach closet with items left from the Owners or previous guests, so we had to purchase beach toys and accessories We purchased what we needed and left it at the home (I am unsure what happens with the stuff that you leave) 2: the kitchen had nothing but utensils, cookware and dishes. Whatever you need for the kitchen, be prepared

Amazing Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at the villa with six adults and four grandchildren ages 3-10. There was plenty of room for us all to eat together and enjoy the outdoor covered patio in unit 2. The media theater was a hit with everyone . Our hosts were extremely accommodating ! The umbrella beach set up and pool were perfect . We loved the beds !

Owner gets 5 star Management Company a 2

Two bedrooms had dirty sheets with what appeared to be blood and hair. The pool was filthy! It took the management company 3 days to get it right. Response was slow We have photos to prove this. For the owner - Thank you. It was decorated beautifully and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bonus of having fans was wonderful. It is easy access for a handicapped person. Only adding a safety bar in the shower would have been more than helpful and safer. The views are beautiful. Ample towels as well. We did request to contact the owner thru this management company, so we could address the issues about the poor management so we could offer a 5 star for the accomodations only. They refused help.

Great week! Great Location! Outstanding accommodations!

Six bedrooms and six private bathrooms right on the beach accommodated 6 golf buddies perfectly. The indoor and outdoor spaces were large and drew us together to hang out in the evenings. Watched “Gladiator” in the lush 6-seat theater room. We will be back!

Spring Break Perfection

Our spring break vacation was perfect! The Villa was very clean and the location superb with dining, shopping and excursions conveniently located. The elevator was an added bonus and used quite often! We woke up to dolphins feeding and playing outside our 2nd floor balcony! The kids loved that they were just steps from the beach and a stairwell away from the rooftop pool! They enjoyed movies in the entertainment room! We can’t wait to book this property again for our Summer Vacation!

Destin stay

Property nice,but had problems with amenities. The elevator was not in working order,and was not fixed until 2 days before departure..very little to cook with,kitchen not well stocked with cooking equipment..washer dryer on 3rd level not working,no resolution..very sparse on the soaps,etc to start with...and roaches found on all levels ,on day one,could use a spray to keep down insects/bugs. The grill outside non working without a lighter,not provided,had to go to store to get a lighter for it.That being said,the location was great..

Paid too much. Not worth it

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid for way too much for a property that was not up to par. A/c was not working, there was mold, light in patio wasn’t functioning and when we complained about the issue, it was not able to fixed. The refrigerator was barely able to keep anything cold especially the freezer, our ice cream melted cause it was not able to keep cold. Most of the time we had to stay in our room or on the beach cause we were not able to enjoy the living room cause it was so hot. We end up buying fans to make it bearable. Oh and the pool was not even worth to post about. The water level was so low that even a baby can just stand in it. This made our experience horrible and we went to celebrate and honor the life of my bro who passed away last year. Do yourself a favor and not book it.

Great location and beach access

Over favorite part was the outdoor covered patio and the amazing beach access. Patio needs a light, may just need repair. Also some outlets in the kitchen don’t work. But otherwise it is well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We’ve renting this property before and love it more each time! It was our 10 month old twins first beach trip and they loved it. Much of that we give credit to this property. Our family was able to experience these moments together in one place. The place is immaculate and perfectly located on the beach. The ability to complete open the doors onto the patio literally brings the beach to you! We love it and look forward to returning every year!

Great Location and layout- A/C needs work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the layout and location. It is right on the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The house was furnished beautifully and the kitchen was stocked for large groups which was so nice. We loved everything about the house except the air conditioning. We ended up going and buying fans so that we could make it through the night. The third floor was the main one with this issue and to a lesser degree the second floor as well. We really did love everything else though.

Family Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home for my growing family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Very good layout, very Spacious and clean. So convenient to step outside and a few steps to the beach. We used the outdoor area so much as well as our own pool upstairs we paid to be heated, the kids loved it. The kitchen was well equipped and having our own grill right outside was wonderful. We cooked everyday! The rental company was very accommodating. Very quick to respond. My children and Grandchildren hope to return!

Nice property. There were a few maintenance issues that we reported but probably because it is so new. Would have been good to have someone show us through how things worked like pool lights or movie theatre room ect. But great place and plenty of room to spread out.

Amazing!

This place is amazing! We enjoyed our welcome gift of wine and chocolates. So much room. Air conditioning units on every level and could set lower than 65 unlike some places. Very clean. Right on the beach. Would definitely recommend!
