Exquisite, modern design, new construction tiny home perfectly located in the middle of all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. From mountain biking trails, to world class museums, to corporate headquarters, our tiny homes in Centerton, Arkansas are ideal for all of your Northwest Arkansas exploration needs. *Monthly Corporate Rentals Welcome. ASK ABOUT WEEKLY AND MONTHLY DISCOUNTS.
A $100 cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations.

For guests staying 30 days or longer, the cleaning fee is $200.

*For an additional $30, monthly guests may request to have bathroom and bedroom linens washed, and beds remade during the light clean. Please notify us in advance if you will be requesting this service.

*Weekly guests are welcome to request a light clean, and/or linen service during your stay.

Great place to stay. Clean, easy to get in and out. Owners respond very quickly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Quaint, clean, Quiet.

Just off the main street in a culdisac with several like propertys, all rentals. Beautiful new construction. Makes a small space very comfortable for a few people. Absolutely beautiful town if you have never been.

Satisfied

This was a great little house. Super clean and well equipped. Most of out time was spent out exploring so we didn't spend much time in the house but it was just what we needed.

Super clean and very nice!

Great property! Kitchen was nicely stocked. Was a little worried we’d be far away from everything, but that wasn’t the case at all! Just a quick drive to downtown and trails.

clean perfection

The property was just as advertised. Clean and efficient. We stay in VRBO's a lot, and this one was definitely in the top 3 cleanest places we've ever stayed. Only suggestion - a second mirror somewhere else in the house.

Convenient and Comfortable

This little place was great for our game day weekend! Just a short drive to Razorback stadium but far enough away to avoid all the traffic. It was convenient and comfortable!

Move it!

We stayed here when we visited the area as a potential move. It couldn’t have been a better asset to our trip! We cannot wait to move to the area in a couple of years.

We enjoyed staying here everything was clean… outstanding host!! The house had a lot of thoughtful details. Host (Tara) communicate very well and patiently answer all our questions. Definitely recommend.

Great house

This newly constructed house is very well appointed with everything one needs for cooking, and the bedroom configuration is nice with one queen , and the full/twin bunk. We enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch. It’s not particularly close to the bike trails. You have to drive about ten minutes to Coler Trails and about 15 minutes to the town square. The other trails are further away. You can ride your bike from the house but you have to immediately travel a busy 5 lane road. We rode on the sidewalks for that part.
