The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of dishes and kitchen appliances. The house was very clean and convient to eveything. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. The bike rack and cabinets in the garage were also a good touch.

Perfect for this family of 5 spring break mtb trip. You have everything you need. Cozy home. Location is perfect with neighborhood access to Coler bike path or bike lane to down town Bentonville. We will be back!

Quiet Comfortable Stay

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, comfortable furniture, and kept at a nice temperature. We found to easy get around to local attractions from the house. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful home! Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, beautiful decor, great floor plan and neat and clean! The bathroom towels were so luxurious!! We visit Bentonville often and this will be our first choice to stay!!Thank you!!

I LOVED this home. It was clean, cozy, modern. We loved that each room had a TV, the bathrooms were fantastic, the backyard and shuffleboard table were so fun. Location was great if you don't mind driving a bit (Bentonville isn't huge anyway). Will be staying there again!

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to stores, shops, restaurants etc. You are about 5 minutes or so from the old City Square. 14th Street is quite busy and difficult to turn left into. So, we found a much better way. Go North on Tunbridge Dr., then turn right on 72 and go east. Rt. 72 becomes Central Ave and goes straight into the historical City Square, minimal traffic. The home itself was immaculate, beautiful fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. Well kept property, privacy fence around the back yard. Very relaxing to have stayed there. My wife and I highly recommend!

Surprise find!

Wasn't expecting too much due to pricing-- pleasantly surprised with everything. Big house, 3BR, 2 bath, the bike stand in garage is a plus, and appreciated. A little delayed on communication going into the reservation but we didn't have any urgent needs. We will for sure look for this place again.

3 79-yr olds & 1 85 yr enjoyed all of house EXCEPT no network TV and more hooks in both bathrooms for hand towels/washcloths, robes. TV in bunkroom not visible from lower bed.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is a few minute bike ride to the Applegate trailhead and Coler. It was attractively priced compared to similar options that were just a couple streets closer.
