We had an amazing stay at the villa! The location was ideal for 2 couples, close to the beach clubs, pickleball and restaurants. We really enjoyed the spacious home, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the ocean views. The golf cart was perfect to get around. Rosa prepared several excellent breakfasts, and she was so fun and kind. We look forward to coming back to X1 at Punta Mita!!

We had such a wonderful stay in Punta Mita! The property was beautiful, clean, and the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer.One of the highlights was how incredibly helpful and responsive both the property manager and concierge were. They made everything easy, from answering questions to helping us with arrangements and recommendations, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay.The location was also fantastic. Being so close to the Sufi beach club was such a bonus.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent villa rental experience for my family! The host, concierge services and level of responsiveness was top-notch. The villa itself was huge, with great views.

Very hospitable, incredible view, and very clean and well-kept property. The neighborhood and location are a bit unreal -- a luxurious, tropical paradise with all of the amenities and joys of Punta Mita!

Wonderful house for our three generation family trip. We watched the whales from our patio. Staff was amazing which included daily breakfast and Andriana was amazing booking all of our activities and planning our vacation.

The property was beautiful and located in our favorite community of Porta Fortuna. Our whole group had an exceptional stay and Rosa made us the most delicious meals.

First off, Punta Mita is an absolute paradise with two fantastic and challenging golf courses, two beautiful resorts, and five beach clubs. As for our stay at X6, it was seamless throughout the entire process. Adriana, our concierge, made sure everything was booked including tee times, ziplining, surfing lessons, dinner reservations, groceries, and our welcome lunch! Rosa made some exquisite lunches and the place always looked immaculate. We loved cruising around the property and into town on the golf cart and we plan to come back for Spring Break next year!

Everything was great! Perfect location and staff was very helpful. Only thing is I thought it was a little bit over priced after being there and looking around a bit. Overall I would recommend the villa and the company that represents the villa.

Extraordinary location; getting around was a breeze with the 6-person golf cart. The morning breakfast in the villa was the absolute best way to start the day. Breakfast food was delicious! The property, and the entire grounds of the facility was immaculate. Service by everyone we encountered was 10/10, the community servicing these properties is extremely professional, mindful, and courteous always seeking to make our stay enjoyable. We took surf lesson, rented paddle boards, rented surfboards, and played golf while on our vacation. All were worth it!!We ate dinners in the adjacent town and loved each and every meal. Extremely easy to get to and navigate with the golf cart. We ate lunches at the beach clubs and the food was delicious. My teenage kids said this was one of their best vacation experiences. We came here on the recommendation of friends who had been several times and were not disappointed. We will be back.
