Fabulous!!!

We can't say enough about our stay in this hacienda. It was simply perfect. The condo is exactly as it appears online. Beautiful. And spotless. Adriana was an amazing concierge and managed all our requests. Lara was a dream come true! She made wonderful meals, accommodated our time changes, kept the condo pristine and always with a smile. We adore her. Punta Mita is a wonderful community and easy to navigate in the provided golf carts. My only suggestion - perhaps add a map of the community with its walking/bike trails and the beach clubs in the packet of materials in the home. But easy to find online if need be. It was a perfect vacation.

Beautiful property at a great location!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation in Punta Mita. The beach was fantastic and we had great food both at the condo prepared by Claudia and in various restaurants in town and on property. The golf courses are first rate! Would love to go back to the same condo/location next year!

Another great visit at HDM

This property has a new manager Susana and she was excellent! We had a seamless experience even with a last-minute outbound flight cancellation. Susana took care of every detail and made sure that we had a fantastic finish to our second visit to Punta de Mita.

Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious all in one!

We loved staying here and will definitely be back. The accomadations were more than lovely. The staff was wonderful and we were happy every minute of our stay! The home was beautiful, the views were amazing, and both the adults and children felt more than comfortable at all times. Every detail of the home was well thought out! Paradise in Punta Mita

We had a fabulous time at this large condo with a gorgeous ocean view, well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our cook made us tasty breakfast every day and left fresh guacamole, chips and fruit plate in the afternoon. Great access to the various beach clubs in the Punta Mita development. We found it a quick walk through the gates to fun restaurants in town and also enjoyed an afternoon visit to Sayulita.

Total relaxing vacation. Everything is first class. A dream accommodation. Owner and those associated with the property and the condo made everything easy, spectacular. Probably the best location in the entire peninsula. The cook makes spectacular Mexican cuisine

Punta Mita Family Getaway

We can't say enough about this wonderful property! The unit is beautifully decorated and has an incredible view. Best of all is Margarita. She is a great cook and such a sweet person. Everything tasted incredible and she made my family feel so at home. We will definitely be back again next year!

Perfect Punts Mita stay!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at this penthouse condo! The views were amazing, and the house well appointed with everything you could ever need. The located was perfect for us. We have stayed at Hacienda de Mita before, and this was the best place of the bunch. Claudia took great care of us and prepared meals and snacks that were delicious. We will come back for sure!

Fantastic Property for First TImers in Punta Mita

Views are spectacular from all rooms, especially the living area and master overlooking Banderas Bay. The location is perfect with easy access to town and all beach clubs (we spent most of our time at Kupuri). Our cook/housekeeper was fantastic and we wanted to take her home! Only area needing improvement was property management which was slow to respond to some lingering issues. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

The condo is beautiful and has everything that you could need. Perfect for 3 couples and 2 kids. We spent lots of time out on the balcony enjoying the amazing view. Claudia's cooking was phenomenal! We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the Kupuri beach club almost every day. Our favorite restaurants were Sufi and Casa Teresa (as recommended by the owners). The babysitter, Indira, recommended by the owners was AMAZING, I wanted to bring her home with me. We enjoyed every minute and will be back.

Fun in the sun!

We had a great time in Punta Mita. The view of this unit are amazing, you can see the whole town and the ocean. Great location! Claudia was a great cook and was helpful when the kids were being picky eaters. The house is very well stocked. It was nice having the upgraded golf carts, last year we had a rental cart that was very slow. The nicer cart is a big bonus!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!

We could easily live there! It's beautiful! The people are lovely! The grounds are gorgeous, very well kept. The town is super cute. Olin grocery store is great! Boca is wonderful! We love Casa Theresa. And if you're a dog lover, there are plenty of dog's roaming around to feed. It's almost like they knew we love dog's! January is the perfect time to go, the weather was perfect! Enjoy your time!

A special family holiday where every minute was a treat.

We had a wonderful time in this fabulous property, well appointed with fantastic views. It easily accommodated 6 adults and 2 children with beautiful bedrooms ensuites, and enough other spaces to relax together or on your own. We enjoyed having our breakfast in the dining room and our lunch daily on the terrace. Claudia spoiled us all. We enjoyed our time at the various Beach Clubs that we had access to. Every part of the experience was first class and will be well remembered.

Mexico in the low season

Beautiful, great property. As advertised. Had to do some work and the wifi was excellent. Loved San Pancho, Lo de Marcos and golf at Litibu. Had the course to ourselves. Wonder restaurants nearby. Especially liked the new Blue Shrimp restaurant. Believe it is now called La Pescadora. No issues except a couple of the beach clubs were closed temporarily for renovations. Not a big problem. Mariela was available and very helpful. Would definitely go back

The BEST Week!!

We had the absolute BEST time during our stay. This was our 2nd time to Punta Mita, and this condo exceeded our (already high!) expectations. Everything was just as described in the listing. The amenities of the condo were top-notch ... beautifully remodeled, it was airy and fresh, and comfortable in all rooms and patio. Everything was fully stocked and provided everything we needed! With the beautiful views, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. Ada our cook/cleaner was the absolute sweetest and made the most delicious meals. Good communication with the concierge. The use of the beach clubs provided such great and different experiences each day, and the golf cart was so fun to drive around! We would absolutely stay here again!!

We had a amazing time in Punta mita with our twin boys and my mother. If you are looking for high end quality place to stay then dont even think twice. This place is incredible. No detail has been spared. Both Mark and Mary are wonderful to deal with and very caring from start of the booking till the end. The views of this unit is fantastic. Your are in good hands with Margarita (personal Cook/house keeper). She made us feel right at home. You wake up in paradise and she is in the Kitchen making your coffee to your order. Her service is equivalent to any Rosewood resort staff. It was our 3rd trip to Punta Mita and we couldn't pick a better place to stay. Thank You Mark and Mary.

Luxury with a view

I lead women's fitness/wellness retreats and have rented many units at Hacienda de Mita. I can assure you that this is one of the nicest on the property. My group LOVED this condo! The interiors are beautiful and every room is tastefully decorated with high-quality finishings and linens. It is true, the views are incredible! The beach is just a short walk from the unit, and each tower has it's own pool, seconds away. Margarita, the house keeper, took amazing care of us - making deliscous breakfasts every morning and making sure our unit was spotless every afternoon. When you stay at Hacienda de Mita, you have the best of both worlds... staying in high-end accomodations with exclusive access to the beach clubs and golf courses, but with an easy 5 minute walk to town (through the "secret" gate near the HM clubhouse pool.) This is exceptional unit has everything to make your vacation relaxing and worry-free. I am very much looking forward to my next stay!
