Bring garbage bags. Also, the hot tub temp was about like bath water which was a little disappointing. Other than that, we had a great time!

Property is very close to boat ramp which was the #1 reason for booking. Property was exactly as described and provided exactly what we needed for a family trip of 9 with cousins. It was nice having the bottom floor for the 5 kids and the upstairs for the 2 couples. The pictures of the "shared kitchen" should be removed from posting with accurate photos of the property kitchen should be included.

Very clean property, very private and had everything we needed for a few days stay. The community pools are clean, and the check in process was very smooth. The only negative was that the vent for the septic is around ground level and with the property on a hill sometimes the smell lingered. Was not a major issue a majority of the time but at one point it was so bad we had to go inside. It seems weather plays a major role, on a hot no wind days it was bad with a slight breeze and in the morning and evenings was a non issue. Great stay in the VRBO and we would consider staying in the same community for future trips to the area. The furniture and beds were very comfortable.

Majestic getaway

This property has everything you need to have a very enjoyable stay! It was very beautiful with all the fall leaves falling around us ❤️ Very spacious rooms and the “game room” kept the kids busy!

Wonderful place in the mountains

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Beautiful property in a quiet wooded area. Nice hot tub, Clean, Two levels, easy check in, nice pool (they have three within the community of 5 gates), used pool in gate 5. Close to the Marina.

Great stay

The house was awesome! Definitely a place of peace and quite. Close to town. Nice hot tub. Management was great. Good communication and took care of what we need quickly. Lake Cumberland, Big South Fork, and Cumberland Falls are all nearby. Awesome place.

2024 family vacation

The cabin was very nice and had everything we needed My only issue is I thought we got a golf cart with the rental and not just access to a golf cart. Regardless we had an excellent time there and would definitely consider going back again.

The house was accurately pictured and described. Property managers made sure to give a lot of details upon arrival. The house was not super clean and had some cobwebs and dust in places, but it wasn't terrible. Too few dishes and towels/washrags for a place that sleeps 12. An overall great experience and a great little getaway with family!

This was a beautiful cabin. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room. Loved the wood floors upstairs and the kitchen had enough room for people to cook and make themselves a snack. The beds were comfortable and we were ready for our daily excursions after a good nights sleep. Had a lot of fun around the kitchen table playing games and talking about old times. The hot tub was nice and we enjoyed being outside with the nature. The only negatives I would say is that the grill ran out of gas, the porch had several sketchy boards to step over, and there were six women on our trip so more toilet paper in the bathrooms would have been appreciated.

Peaceful relaxing time

We had so much fun. The cabin was really nice. Secluded like we wanted. Saw some deer, wild Turkeys, gray fox, and a goat. No bears. We had group of 9 family members and 2 dogs. Beds were comfortable, air worked good, not enough bath towels but we managed. Washer and dryer. Hot tub was nice. Some days all 3 pools were full. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful time. Didn't want to leave.

Happy New Year

We had 5 adults for a New Years get away. The cabin was very nice, but could use a few doors for a little more privacy. More set up for a family with kids, the room with bunk beds doesnt have a door to the hall bathroom. Close to Cumberland Falls. We enjoyed New Years eve in Somerset. It was a great area and property management is amazing.

Good could be great

Good property. Enjoyed our stay the house was in good shape need to make a few improvements to be great. Needs a 3rd bathroom (privacy for parents). Leak in kitchen messed up the floor lots of noise. Good hot tub needs work.

Great Place

The resort is up in the hills and very secluded. Woods surround the house and exactly what we want. The owner is very friendly and so helpful with everything. We especially love the homemade ice cream. I believe we tried all the flavors. It was so delicious. They also have homemade food, and we were very impressed. We canceled our Guthrie's Grill reservation and ate at the resort. It was the correct decision.
