General ruling for this sweet cottage is that it is very homey, inviting and comfortable - if you like mother natures gifts, quiet country living, this is the destination for you - and only a few minutes from downtown somerset, etc. Imagine waking up to the sounds of mother natures music from the birds, rooster crowing, wind curving through the trees, sun billowing through the windows to warm your soul, in our opinion, heaven on earth. Step out on the patio to hear the rustle of the breeze in the trees and let it soothe your soul, and the view what a priceless gift. You will not want to leave. For the couples who have visited, its my understanding that it was just what they needed....we just might decide to call this spot the "LOVE SHACK". If you want a fun activity take a kayak or canoe or tube to strawberry road just a few minutes away and float down the creek. 10 minutes from six boat ramps on Lake Cumberland, and plenty of convenient parking room for your boat. A couple of miles from downtown Somerset, water park near by. Quiet family friendly 3 bedroom, sleeps up to 8, has full size bed this room has 32 inch roku ready smart tv, queen size bed this room has 32 inch roku ready smart tv and king size bed and hide a bed couch - ceiling fans in every bedroom and living room and kitchen, Furnished with washer/dryer in closet in kitchen - easy access, kitchen has oven/stove microwave, coffee maker including keurig, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, bath has full tub/shower. Fully furnished in every way - including starter coffee.

cleaning process is per vrbo guidelines,

as for the cleaning, i have used a treatment called permasafe it is a permanent antimicrobial - that alone per fda kills the virus as effective as lysol wipes etc.. permasafe is on all surfaces, furniture, touch points, hvac filter, remotes etc. also we us an ozonator on all rooms after the guest leaves. after cleaning with bleach water mixture, we spray everything down with alcohol. there is, hand soap provided for each renter. the hot tub water is replaced and treated with shock. the pool is shocked chemically every time a new renter arrives. In our cleaning process all dishes, silverware and glasses and cups are washed on sanitize in the dishwasher.
