Very convenient place to stay as you are right at Barefoot Landing and just a couple blocks from public beach access. The villa itself was in need of TLC. It was just basic clean and could use a really good deep clean. Carpets were very dirty and walls scuffed and in need of fresh paint. The property had a wonderful pool and was probably our favorite of the entire place. Not sure if we would stay here again as it was pricey for the condition of the villa

Great property

We went for a girls’ weekend to run a race in the area. This condo far exceeded our expectations, especially with the size of the unit. There were nine of us, and we had plenty of room. The location was perfect with many restaurants and places to shop nearby. The pool is enormous also. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

A group of us spent time away from life to celebrate our birthdays. It was wonderful to have everything we needed, nice views of the marina, and convenience to many potential excursions. We will be back again with and without our kids. Thank you for a well maintained and cleanly unit.

Fun Time great pool

Nice place had everything we needed, could use some maintenance but nothing that affected our stay. The pool was perfect especially having 3 kids under the age of 6 with us. Being a ground floor unit worked great for the kids as well. We did have an issue with cleaning, but the cleaning company took care of it immediately.

Thank you for your review, Jim. We're so happy you and the kids could enjoy such a nice time by the pool. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused by a cleaning error. We're very happy we could remedy this issue quickly by contacting one of our third-party cleaners to handle it. If at any time you'd like to stay with us again, we'd love to have you and the kids back! Just let us know!

Pleasant and quiet

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. Any issues we had were fixed pretty quickly. Also the pool is great! It’s huge and is good for kids since the deepest it gets is 4ft. My only complaint is our shower probably needed a new shower head but that is just a personal preference. Overall our stay was great and loved being near everything! Definitely would recommend to others.
