Absolutely the best location in Seattle's Southside! Referred to as the city’s “backyard,” SeaTac is situated near all of the entertainment, nightlife & attractions the area has to offer. This modern & private condo is perfectly located near the airport, just 20 minutes from Downtown Seattle. Visit Southcenter Mall, Capitol Hill, Angle Lake Park, The Museum of Flight, Bellevue & more! The perfect spot for family & friends, you will love this home away from home near the heart of Seattle!

Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this one bedroom private condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Free onsite assigned parking, 43' Smart HDTV, high-speed WiFi and keyless access. Onsite paid laundry is also available for guest use.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

I stayed in this location for a few weeks. This property is in a very convenient location near the airport. It has an assigned parking spot. Management is kind and quick to respond. The interior and a very clean and cozy with a soft couch, comfortable bed, and decent tv. Ac in the living room and a standing fan in the bedroom. My only critique would be the exterior stairway and walkway could use a cleaning. All in all I would stay here again if needed.

Highly recommended. The location is excellent— easy to get into the city and also out to surrounding areas. The check-in process was smooth and simple. Our host was incredibly responsive with anything we needed. The space is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Visit to seattle

The property was more than we expected! It was very clean, easy to find, and in a great location! The hosts explained everything we needed to know prior to arriving and quickly responded to any questions we had! We would absolutely use this property again and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting this area.

The location was good and the apartment was well appointed for a 4-night stay down to the Master Chef knives :-). We visited Pike's Market - only about 15 miles away; Des Moines and Alki Beach. You are close to the airport. As stated in the description; there are only stairs, it's on the 2nd floor but keep this in mind if traveling with a lot of luggage or during bad weather. Upon arrival we found out that there is no secured parking area; the gates remain open 24/7. We'd stay here again if we came back to Seattle.

It was a comfortable unit, older but with upgrades. Bathroom skirting board needs some TLC., Bed was ok. Space inside is good , kitchen well equipped and a Keurig with coffee pods was available. The unit faces the road but not too noisy particularly as the air filter and cooler drowned out street noise and the road is quieter at night. Can walk 15 minutes to the link line for downtown Seattle. A bus stop outside the complex goes to Southcenter mall., The gate code given was incorrect and had been changed a month prior and the unit was difficult to find but there was a back entrance. Could be greatly improved with more detailed instructions from the host. However they were very responsive in helping me.

Contemporary condo apartment Friendly & helpful neighbors around the area. Condo apartment faces 176th Avenue that has near by bus service. Light rail service is a mile away. Please note that the the apartment is a second floor and has no elevator. So if you are older or have mobility problems, ask the the rental agent if they have a first floor unit. The condo has most you all you need there for an extend stay but not all essentials are provided. Reasonably clean but the rugs could use a shampooing. Bed is fairly comfortable but living room furniture is well used. We give it a qualified recommendation outside of some shortcomings

Clean comfortable apartment

Apartment is in an older area but less than a mile from airport. Clean and nicely kept. Convenient location. Great for the frequent traveler.
