Noise Considerations:
This is a peaceful neighborhood, but you may occasionally hear planes flying overhead. Normal sounds from the upstairs neighbors, including the washer and dryer and everyday household activity, can also be heard. Most guests find it unobtrusive, but we want you to be fully informed.
Interaction With Guests
I'm available by phone should you have urgent needs or you may message me via the app. I live off-site but should you have any emergency issues, either I will come fix them, or send a handyman if I'm unavailable. I highly encourage you to reach out should you have any issues, major or minor. I'm happy to fix them and I love to hear feedback good and bad.

This property is not a 2 bedroom. The “second” bedroom is in the living room where a curtain that wraps around the trundle bed can be pulled for privacy. The property is a death trap if there was a fire because the only exit is the front door. There is no egress window in the ‘true’ bedroom (which doesn’t have a closet and the door is a bi-fold.

This review is a retaliatory response to a denied refund following our documented cancellation policy. Our home is fully code-compliant, featuring all required emergency exits and egress windows. We wish this guest well, but we cannot allow false safety claims to go uncorrected. It is unfortunate this platform continues to host a guest who violates its own extortion and accuracy review policies.

The neighborhood was a bit concerning at first and I didn't know if we would find the right place. However, the host gave detailed instructions on finding the house which I am grateful for. It was smaller than I anticipated but it was clean and quiet. It is the downstairs basement area of a house, so be aware you will have upstairs neighbors. I wouldn't recommend it for people who are over 6 feet tall, there's a low ceiling. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay and located not far from the Museum of Flight.
