Head back to the well accommodated getaway with a suspended loft bedroom to unwind at your peaceful and secluded retreat an early morning stroll by the beach.


Property Layout: This two-level studio condo is the perfect retreat for your getaway, especially for those who enjoy walking and exploring downtown. Conveniently located, it’s just a short stroll to local shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Upstairs, the loft bedroom features a queen bed, clothing storage, and stunning water views, creating a serene and relaxing sleeping space.

On the main floor, you’ll find a double-size memory foam pull-out couch, ideal for additional guests. The open-concept living and dining area boasts breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, making it the perfect spot to unwind. A propane fireplace adds cozy warmth, and the small balcony overlooking the harbor is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine.

For added comfort, there’s a reading nook chair under the stairs that converts into a bed. Slightly smaller than a standard single bed (31" x 78"), it’s perfect for a child, with a memory foam topper ensuring extra comfort.

BAKERY: Within the building there is also a bakery located on the first floor, offering delicious baked goods and freshly brewed coffee—a perfect start to your day.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Whether you’re seeking a cozy space to recharge or a serene spot to enjoy ocean views, this condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility.

Renters agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation.

Age min: must be 23 years or older to book

Guest limit: 4 guest limit, including children and babies. Strata rules. Please do not submit a booking if your group size exceed the guest limit. We reserve the rights to ask you to leave if you exceed the 4 guest limit.

1 Free parking spot ONLY.

During peak summer season (July-Aug) 3 night min. with no 1 night gaps in between reservations. If you try to book and receive a "host unavailable" message but the calendar appears open, please send us a message as our software has a few booking rules and may require us to override it.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.

Within the building there is a SHARED laundry facility. We supply laundry detergent.

Pet Policy: 1 dog max and must be owner approved. Sorry no cats!

We do offer discounted monthly stays during our slow season (Nov-Dec).

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Cancellation Policy:
• We require 30 days' notice.
• If you cancel outside of these periods, you'll receive a full refund (minus any pesky Airbnb fees they may collect).
• If you cancel within these time periods, the reservation is non refundable

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
