Great place to stay. The house is very close to several boat ramps so it’s great for those fishermen looking for a short commute. Very clean and had everything you could need.

The hosts are amazing and extremely responsive to all communication!! The home is beautiful with plenty of living and sleeping space. The kitchen was easy to work in and everything you need and then some! There’s a dining table that seats 6 easily. Lake access was as stated and the dock is a good size with easy places to tie up your boat. There is a grill for barbecuing within steps of the kitchen, and steps to the backyard/dock area from the enclosed porch/back deck area. The driveway is a bit steep and the outside needs a little TLC. We enjoyed our stay (a little over two weeks). There are many small shops, restaurants (some accessible by boat), and short trips to local sites in the area! We even found downtime to read and relax!!

David was an excellent host. He responded immediately to any question I had. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were impressed at how well stocked the kitchen was. Overall an excellent vacation home and the fishing was great!

We loved being on the water. The dock for the boat was a plus. Having Spectrum was huge! We enjoyed being able to watch the Iron Bowl.

Perfect for fishing

We stayed here for a weekend fishing trip and it was absolutely perfect!! The house is very spacious and in great condition. It's in a great location and absolutely perfect for fishing!

Mink Creek House

Had a great time. Location is excellent. We had 6 adults, 3 trucks, 3 trailers and 3 boats. Plenty parking and room for all. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Fishing Trip

The house was great, exactly as advertised and we had a wonderful stay. David was awesome and very quick on responses. Would recommend and will likely book again for a future trip.

Fishing Trip

This was a great /convenient place to stay especially for fishing. Easy access to the dock. We were able to park 2 trucks and trailers with no problem.

December Getaway

Great time

Some friends and I stayed at this property to fish for a week. The check-in was easy. Communication with the owner was great. Location was great for us. We have no complaints.

Great secluded spot

The house was extremely clean and as described. Our favorite part was having the dock so close and we were even able to catch a couple of fish. David was great at checking in with us. Overall we had a great stay at the Mink Creek Manor.

Nice Get away

Very clean and nice home. Made my fishing trip a blast. Took me a couple days to figure out the bass bite but Lake Guntersville did not disappoint.

Perfect lake house!

We stayed at this house for a second time! it's perfect for our fishing trips. The house itself is very nice and well taken care of. Everything was in working order and there's plenty of space. It has everything you need to be comfortable.

The house was in a great location for us. We came in to fish a Tournament this house fit so we booked it. Very nice home well stocked and accommodateing. David was as well very communicative.

Quiet getaway

We had the most relaxing vacation. The guys enjoyed kayaking and fishing while the ladies enjoyed relaxing and area shopping. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 plus a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of seating at the table. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Great place & somewhere we would visit again.
