We visited the Jamestown/Williamsburg area as an end of the year living history experience. So glad we stayed at this location. Clean, quiet and great central location. Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Perfect location, great stay

We had a great stay! The room was located in the far end of the property, but was still close to the pool and other attractions! A hour from Virginia Beach, the Virginia Aquarium, and Kings Dominion. As well as a short drive to Busch Gardens and Water Country! Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Comfortable

Once again we were pleased with our accommodations. The location is convenient and our suite was comfortable. The only negative was a noisy neighbor, but they did respect the quiet time.

Nice Timeshare

Nice timeshare rental within a short drive to everything. Check-in was easy although beware the $40 “fee” that’s non refundable if you don’t attend the sales pitch.

Superb!

The property was spotlessly clean and all in working order. The bed is excellent. The kitchen is tiny but all we needed. The staff were very helpful. It was SOOO much better than staying in a hotel.

Beautiful place

Pleasantly surprised with all the amenities and the beauty of the community. It was perfectly located within a short drive to Busch Garden and all that we decided to do in Williamsburg. The kids enjoyed the pool area and fire pit. They are already planning another trip back. That’s a big win.

Would stay again!

We loved our room and the property! Very clean, perfect for our needs. We were fortunate enough that our balcony overlooked the pond with a fountain. If you have trouble climbing steps (as in carrying all of your luggage up stairs) you may want to ask if you can be placed in a ground floor room.

Great Location in Williamsburg

It was very hotel-like, clean and well taken care of. We loved how it was so close to everything - colonial Williamsburg, Busch gardens, tons of restaurants and bars. However, I am glad I was the one checking in because my partner would have gotten himself roped into the timeshare meeting they tried to convince me to attend. As long as you give a firm no and ignore the phone calls that come the next day to lure you to come, it’s a decent place to stay.
