Immaculately updated 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath cottage that sleeps 6 ONE BLOCK from the emerald waters and white sands of Panama City Beach. Home is in the desirable Laguna Beach area. No high rise condos blocking your view! Pet Friendly! $250 pet non-refundable fee. Up to 2 dogs.

Bonus/game room has a foosball table and 2 twin beds.

Main bedroom has a Queen.

Great value for the price

Stayed 5-days 4-nights Great location for walking to the beach. Beachy Cabin/Farmhouse atmosphere.

Property felt like a home away from home for our family. It had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We enjoyed watching movies together in the living room. Absolutely loved where the property was located too. It was a quick walk down the block over to the beach. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk around with our dog in. It was not far from major tourist stuff in PCB. We will definitely book again for our next trip.

Better than expected

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as advertised and setup nicely with a outdoor shower and fenced in backyard to make the beach days that much easier.

PCB the way it should be

Nice original PCB beach house. One block from dedicated beach. Reminds me of when I was little. Great price comfortable good AC nice kitchen. Will rent again.

It’s what you want.

The location is great because you’ve got the beach, the carousel and Thomas all within walking distance. Additionally, the scene at the beach is far from that of main beach in PCB. Mostly families with a calm, clean environment.

Fun times

Perfect location. Close to everything. Beached we’re not crowded. Easy walk or drive to the beach. House was fine, plenty of room. Could use more storage for clothes. Other than that it was fine. Will go back for sure.

Property was very close to the beach! Walking distance. We just got back from a mid August trip and the beach was almost empty. We even could drive to the beach and park. The neighborhood was very quiet. Inside had accommodations for a master and an additional room with two twin beds. The second room is larger than appears in the picture. One bathroom. All of the basic necessities were available. Had a wasp nest outside and property management was responsive. For the money, this was a good little get away. The Carousel is a great stop for food shopping / wine and of course Thomas Donuts.

There were some good things and bad things about the property. There were definite issues.

There is a lot you need to know about this house. Outside Located just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, very close. Lawn needed to be mowed (foot high grass) Picture looks nicer than reality Thorny vine growing up by the door and by the end of the week it was blocking the upper part of the doorway Living room/dining room Spacious nicely decorated Furniture not very comfortable/futon couch Kitchen Somewhat equipped Coffee Filters not provided....no wonder, there WAS NO COFFEE MAKER. There was a Keurig. Sure wish we knew that, we would have brought K-cups from home and not a bag of coffee and filters per information given. A light over the sink would have been nice at night Bedroom Needed more drawer space for clothes Box packaging was in closet limiting storing of suitcases Game room Twin beds were more like one twin bed and one air mattress. The air mattress began losing air mid way through the week. This was really unfortunate that the owners couldn't replace the bed. Bathroom Not much counter space Shower only that is a step up Laundry Nice washer and dryer Everything worked Plenty of hot water AC was GREAT!

Hi Morgan and thank you for your feedback! While all properties are on a lawn care schedule, sometimes they do get behind due to rain and weather. We hate to see that we don't have a single call or email from you with any feedback or indication of issues at the time of your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to always contact us at anytime. We have a 24/7 phone with a live person answering. We also monitor email and Vrbo messages. We do give a general standard general remind for all properties indicating we do not provide spices, beach towels, etc. and also that we do not provide coffee filters. This does not mean there is a Keurig vs. a coffee pot or vice versa. But we have since added a field in the check-in instructions that indicates whether a property has a Keurig, coffee pot, or both. There is not an air mattress at the property on either twin bed. Love that you enjoyed the washer and dryer and most importantly in this Florida heat, the A/C! :) We hope to see you back soon. Thank you again for this feedback for us to get even better.
