***GULF FRONT***Located on the Quiet West End of PANAMA CITY BEACH!

This unit includes Beach Chair Service! You will get two beach chairs and one umbrella every day you are here... at NO additional charge!! ** March-October

Beautiful & Very SPACIOUS~ This condo has been updated making it great for a vacation.

Nice balcony seating, 4 New high-seat Balcony chairs & a Chaise lounger.

We also have a 1 bedroom, w Bunks /2 bath unit on the 6th floor (604) if you need a smaller unit or if you do not find the dates you need. It Sleeps 6, for more information look up Listing www.vrbo.com/1192499 .

Couples & FAMILIES ONLY ... No Student groups allowed. If you are under 25 and your parents aren't with you, you cannot rent this unit.

If you have concerns about your trip it's best to buy travelers insurance, that way you're covered for many unseen things that could arise.

Jason was an amazing host! We loved staying here it was perfect with our toddler. Right on the beach the pool was great we will definitely be staying with them again!

We enjoyed our stay. The elevator took too long and it would also skip our floor at times. That's the only complaint we had but everything else was great.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed for the week. We loved the beach chair and beach toys available! The only issue we had was that the elevators were terribly slow. One of the elevators was broken the entire week, so it made the wait times incredibly long. Overall, the condo was wonderful, the owner was very helpful and communicated well. We had an amazing week at The Celadon Resort.

I am sorry for the elevators. Celadon is currently undergoing elevator overhaul and is scheduled to complete in early July. I hope you can come back again soon.

Nice condo, right on beach, great view, easy access to the beach. Beds were comfortable and showers had great water pressure. Parking garage and walk over well-kept and clean. We appreciated the beach towels, chair, and toys available for use. Elevators were always quick, complex was quiet. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. Short walk to a nice little grocery store and a great donut place to the west. Pickle ball courts too.

Very nicely furnished kitchen. Each bedroom and living had nice tv entertainment. The beach chairs are a also a good sell. We enjoyed our time and want to thank Jason and his attention to detail.
