Love IOP and this is a great little place perfect for 2 people. The location is amazing and everything was wonderful!

I’ve stayed at several of these condos over the years. This one, 206A, had all the items to make your stay a good one. It was clean, well stocked, and a great location.

Easy to walk to the beach and grocery. Clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the deck and beach view.

Other than ants in our room and flooded parking lot, the stay was nice.

Great Location

My stay was good. Great location near the water. The unit had everything I needed. The furnishings are dated but it was very comfortable.

Anniversary Trip

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was just as pictured and clean. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Very convenient location as well. We loved it. Would definitely book again.

Vacation

Excellent location, easy access to beach and private peer. Short 5min walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of room for 2-3 people and well stocked with amenities for a long weekend getaway. Will definitely reserve this unit for next year’s trip.

Nice visit :)

We love the IOP and Sea Cabins. This was our first time staying in this particular condo. It has everything you need...the pots and pans could probably be replaced though, they are in pretty rough condition. Our only complaint was the mattess pad on the bed was NOT comfortable.

The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it wad accurate to description on the website, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We had trouble with the patio screen door and they came and fixed it that day. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Condo was dated and not very clean. Floors were dirty when we walked in with leftover candy on floor and the area rug was dirty. Along with the couch had multiple stains. The front lock was broken. And sliding glass door was also broken. A metal bar was holding it closed. Multiple light bulbs were out. View of the beach and easy access to everything made it worth it. But disappointing how dated it was and cleanliness was not kept.

Want to go back

Very happy with condo and location. Clean, quaint. Plenty of supplies to get us started. Small bedroom and bath but ok for just me and hubby. Within walking distance of some restaurants. Beach was beautiful. Not a long walk to get there. We walked down the pier everyday to sit and enjoy the breeze and sun. Hope to return.

Unfortunately, the recent humidity following tropical storm Debby has led to an increase in bugs in the region. While we do our best to maintain a clean environment, bugs can sometimes enter the home, especially when doors and windows are open.

Birthday beach trip

Good overall. Flooring needs attention. The bed barely fits the space. Difficult getting two people in and out easily. But we survived
