This place was AMAZING! We spent so much time on the screened-in front porch, I thought husband was going to sleep in the hammock. Excellent location, easy to get everywhere and you can walk to the beach easily. I would definitely stay here again!

The front porch area is the best thing about the property, great view and places to sit. The bathroom is very small so just be aware. While there we had no hot water, which turned out to be no propane in the tank. We were also unable to use the stove due to this, luckily my daughter lives nearby so they were able to take the food home with them after we checked out. The back yard area was unkempt and the hot tub was not in a usable state. The outdoor sink area was not connected. It is located just a short walk from the beach so that was a great positive and if we would have hot water it would have been more enjoyable. We were advised that if we wanted to shower they had another property down the street where we could use the outdoor shower. Luckily we did not try as the address provided was incorrect. All in all if they did some yard work and upkeep this would be a find in that area.

We love staying here near the beach with the dogs. The host is welcoming and we can't wait to visit again.

Extremely clean and comfy. Screened in porch was a delight, as well as the hot tub for hubby's aching back! Bed very comfy as well. Had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Home was clean, beds super comfortable, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of public beach and restaurants . . . we did not use hot tub so can't comment on that.

Beach was close, outside shower was convenient, having laundry facility was nice, having access to a pool and a hot tub was great for the kids. Overall, really great experience.

Relaxing and perfect location

The cottage was very charming and orderly. It was only two blocks from the beach! It was such a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous neighborhood!

Perfect for couples

Comfortable historic cottage in great location on Isle of Palms. I've been coming to IOP for over twenty years and this has been my favorite location to stay on the island.

Perfect beach week

Throughly enjoyed our week at the beach. Loved the cottage and it was convenient to everything we wanted. Easy walk to beach. The porch was perfect for naps on the hammock.

long weekend in Charleston

Overall the property was awesome with a lot of character. location was excellent and walkable to the beach. our host was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I liked the location and parking was perfect. It was truly a pet friendly home. Beach access was very convenient, a short walk away. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future. Enjoyed using the outdoor shower to keep the sand outside.

Early June visit

We had the loveliest stay! My kids were home from college and the four of us had the best week hanging out on the porch, watching the stars from the hot tub, and spending many days walking and enjoying the beach. This house was perfect for all of this. I would recommend her home completely!
