The handsome dining table has partial bench seating and enough room for six guests, and the prep island doubles as a breakfast bar with two barstools. The furnished deck is a great place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine with friends in the evening. Take a short walk to explore all the fun on-site amenities, including a shared pool, hot tub, and gym. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes during your stay, and you'll have central AC to keep the home nice and cool on those hot summer days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
