Lovely condominium overlooking the pool and the ocean. 4 TVs, 1 DVD player, stereo system with CD player, and WiFi. Ceiling fans throughout. Master bath features garden tub and separate shower. Ocean front balcony of Living room and master bedroom overlook the the beautifully landscaped garden and waterfall. Covered assigned parking. The popular gated seaside community of Litchfield by the Sea offers family fun including pool, tennis courts and fishing lakes. Seven miles of spectacular beach and an oceanfront clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround the area. Bikes available for rent, if needed.

Great location, very safe, beautiful views. Condo could have been cleaner as Windows, glass tables and mirrors had finger prints and smudges all over.

Great view

Beautiful condo. Had some issues with shower faucet dripping and towel rack fell off the wall. Should be fixed by now I suspect. Check in process was heart stopping as the front desk individual couldn’t find my reservation and finally realized she was looking at the wrong list. Took a few minutes for her to understand how many parking passes I needed. Also, she gave me keys to the wrong condo but I caught it before I left the office. All other office personnel were great.

The building and amenities were great. Easy access to beach. Have to pickup and dropoff keys outside of resort which is a bit of a hassle. Received wrong access code to pool/hot tub and beach which would have been no big deal but there was zero communication from host in VRBO. Realty company wasn’t able to help because the only codes they had were not correct. Rental with a lot of potential but unfortunately missed the mark in quite a few areas.

Comfort

When we first arrived at the property we notice fruit flies in the kitchen. One of the back bedroom tv's did not work. The dryer time dial did not function. You had to watch this to avoid overdrying cloths. This could be dangerous. None of the furniture was comfortable. When sitting in either chair of couch you almost went to the floor. The real estate experience was great. The location of the unit was wonderful but we would not stay in this unit again.
