November getaway. Condo beautifully furnished and clean. Very comfortable bed and ocean view spectacular. Loved our visit in this very cozy condo. We did wish we had a single cup coffee maker.

October get a way

The view and location was spectacular. There are still some upgrades that need to be done. When we got there the refrigerator had an overwhelmingly shrimp smell. Of course it faded by the time we left. There was also a pest problem the night before we left. Overall our visit was very pleasant

Family vacation

Family Beach Vacation

We had a relaxing time at the beach condo! We loved our ocean view! Condo was toddler friendly. Owners were great to communicate with as needed. Would love to go back!

Short get away to one of our favorite beaches.

We have stayed in Litchfield by the Sea a number of times over the years and would definitely choose this unit again. Clean, well appointed and close to the steps and elevator that takes you directly to the beach. Thank you for the use of your condo for our short stay while moving our daughter back to USC.

Girls annual trip

This was our 11rh annual ladies trip. The condo was beautiful, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We so enjoyed sitting on porch daily. We could hear the waves from the unit. The beach, pool super close and enjoyed them both every day. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants nearby of Chive Blossom, bistro 217, and Gios. We were very happy with our choice at this condo!

Wonderful Condo!

We thoroughly loved everything about our stay! It’s honestly the little things that make the biggest difference. Great and FAST communication, hand soap at every sink (never have we ever experienced that) and immaculately clean. Will definitely book again!

One of Our Most Favorite Units in 20 yrs of Litchfield

LOVED Pelican Niche! Extremely CLEAN, beautifully decorated and so COMFORTABLE! Those distressed wood floors...gorgeous! After visiting Litchfield Beach for 20 years, this unit has to be one of our favorites. Loved sitting on the spacious veranda to catch the breeze and watch the ocean which seemed so close. We could easily see and watch dolphins playing in the surf. Loved that the unit was large, uncluttered, master bath had 2 sinks, and the kitchen was so nicely outfitted. Details such as liquid hand soap, tissues, and comfortable bedding was greatly appreciated. The 2 sets of bunk beds would come in so handy with grands. Loved the fact that the unit has a bath for each bedroom. While we encountered no problems, the owners were easily accessible and responded quickly through VRBO messaging. Dining recommendations on Chive Blossom and Franks were Spot On. At CB had a Fried Green Tomato, pimento cheese napoleon w/pepper jelly..OH...MY...GOODNESS! Stuff like this is why I love beaching in South Carolina. Creative southern cuisine at its best. Did some amazing bird watching at Huntington Beach State Park, and bicycle rental from Cyclopedia was so easy and some of the best bikes we've ever rented there. Litchfield is beyond special to our family. It is where we have come to celebrate family life events from graduations to retirement as well as contemplate some of life's curve balls. In this unit we could feel family at its best. It was a blessing.

Wonderful family vacation!

This was our first time visiting Litchfield Beach/Pawleys Island and we will absolutely be back. The property was perfect for our week long family vacation. We enjoyed many meals, morning coffee and evening cocktails on the fantastic balcony. The condo was very spacious and well kept. The property was also beautiful and the beach was easily accessible. Our kids loved the pool as well! Overall, we had such a wonderful experience!

Sunrise & Sand

We really enjoyed this property. It's aimed right at the sunrise over the ocean and that was something we wanted to have. The property was very clean and well appointed. It's a quick walk to the beach and it has great walking trails. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beach respite

Stay was great. The property was conveniently located and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and long walks on the beach. We were shocked to find an unsecured WiFi and tv without access to major network channels. We took our recycling to a drop outside the complex. Directions for recycling should be provided. Many thanks to the hosts.

Quick Beach trip for Easter

We wanted to get away for a short trip and had a hard time finding a place that was both close to the beach and reasonable. We loved this location, on the beach, great porch, clean and comfortable. We couldnt have asked for more.

cute condo, wonderful view

This condo was just perfect for a visit with family who live at the nearby retirement community. Marci was easy to communicate with and even helped me retrieve a set of keys I left behind in the condo. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Good spot

Very nice place. Comfortable. In good condition. Location and view both excellent. Had small maintenance issue immediately after check in and owners took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay again.
