Imagine entering a charming studio, completely renovated and decorated with care in an industrial style, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. This 26m2 space is perfect for a short or medium-term stay. It consists of a living room with a double bed, armchair, and TV; a dining area with stools, a small kitchen for reheating or preparing your meals with ease, and a small bathroom with toilet.

The studio is located in a dynamic pedestrian street. You will be just a few steps from Place Saint-Pierre, Capitole, and Couvent des Jacobins, iconic places in the city. Its central location offers immediate proximity to many restaurants and bars, public transportation, and several VélôToulouse stations (66 rue Pargaminières) that will allow you to explore our beautiful Pink City. You will find all the essential shops a few meters from your accommodation: Casino Shop at 300m, Organic Artisanal Bakery at 500m, and Pharmacy at 400m. Capitole Metro (Line A) is a 7-minute walk away.

The accommodation does not have a parking space. We offer the rental (subject to availability) of an underground parking space near Capitole (6 minutes walk from the accommodation). The rate is €14/day.

Access to the accommodation is via a key box for more flexibility. You have access to the entire accommodation. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. The instructions for retrieving the keys and entering the accommodation will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Concerned about your comfort, we are reachable by message or phone throughout your stay.
