Welcome to this AMAZING NEW in 2022 4500 ft2 LAKEHOUSE featuring 9 bedrooms, 9 ½ bathrooms, golf cart (April through October), and 2-story dock in the most secluded cove overlooking Norris Lake. Seas the Day has an incredible view of Norris Lake from the popular Lakeside Estates gated community next to the Cedar Creek Jumping Bridge. This home is perfect for everyone – families spending quality time together, friends getting away from the hustle and bustle of life, and team building for businesses.
The top floor boasts vaulted ceilings over a relaxing living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, including a 5-burner stove, double oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and an oversized granite island, along with two king master suites. Snuggle up next to the double-sided fireplace in the living room or on the deck for a relaxing evening.
The quiet middle floor includes two more king master suites, two family bedrooms with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and adjoining bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a soothing living area with couches and a tv.
The bottom floor sports two bunkrooms with four beds and a bathroom each, a queen bedroom suite, and a large game room with a 65” TV area, shuffleboard, ping pong and a wet bar. Watch your favorite team while winning one of the many games.
If that’s not enough, each floor walks out to a 500 ft2 covered deck to enjoy amazing views of the lake and mountains, a hot tub on the bottom floor, a double-sided fireplace and extra-large grill on the top floor. The backyard is made for entertaining with a firepit and cornhole area. The 2-story dock with slide includes tables and chairs to relax or have a meal and sits at the midway point of the one-mile-long gentle cove-perfect for family swimming, floating, kayaking and paddleboarding.

We loved the house it was great! The dock was fun too! A great amenity to add is an ice machine. Not a deal breaker but would be helpful! It was also, beneficial the house has a golf cart to travel to the dock. We brought 2 others because we had a larger group! Lot’s of family memories! Thank you!

Amazing house!! We especially enjoyed the huge open concept top floor where we had 21 people that could sit down and eat in the same space. It was also awesome for every bedroom to have an en-suite bathroom!! We will definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our large extended family of 20 people. The open top level with the kitchen creates a natural and functional gathering area, with most of the bedrooms in the levels below. Most bedrooms have their own private bathroom, which is also nice for mixed family groups. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The property is amazing and spacious! We really had a wonderful stay. The dock and water access was perfect. The host had wonderful communication. We did not have any issues that warranted us to reach out during our stay. Recommend 100%.

Family Thanksgiving
Our multigenerational family had great stay at Seas the Day. Everyone had plenty of space, and the multiple refrigerators, dishwashers and ovens were especially helpful. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we were very happy that we chose to spend our Thanksgiving holiday at this location.

Seas the Day- excellent stay!
We had a large group and the space was perfect for us! Loved the kitchen & large table for eating & playing games! The porches & fire pit were so nice, too! We hope to return in the future. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay
Very nice property. Walk to dock is a steep incline. Thank goodness for the golf cart. Dock is awesome.

Everything was wonderful! The house was the perfect set up for our family of 24. We all had plenty of room to spread out and play games or watch movies. The kitchen was well-stocked with all pots, pans, and utensils for everything we needed. Michelle was so wonderful to work with and responded to all questions very quickly! I highly recommend!!

Family Fun!
Seas the Day was perfect for our large group of 22 family members. We had ages from one to 76! Management was quick to respond & very nice! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, wonderful decks, fully stocked kitchen & supplies. We could not have had a better stay!!!

Great House!
We had a great weekend. The house was very clean and updated. Just as advertised.
Great communication with the owner and house manager. We would definitely stay again.

Cabin in the mountains
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was staged as advertised. The only downfall was there were no cell service. I would recommend this place if you have a big family that needs to get together. Host and Property Manager was excellent!

65th Birthday Celebration
We had approximately 35 folks in attendance with 26 staying overnight. The property was perfect for my purpose, plenty of room for dancing, sleeping, eating and everyone loved the outdoor spaces.

Fun for ALL!
This house was perfect for our annual family vacation. We had plenty to keep us entertained in the house and on the property. The house had everything and more then they had listed. Golf course near by was a plus for our group. Already planning our next trip.

My husband and I love to travel. After over five years visiting Norris Lake, we decided to build our own VRBO home for others to enjoy. We have a married daughter in North Carolina and two sons at home with us in Indiana. We love to experience life with our family and friends, but staying in hotel rooms gives a feeling of distance, not togetherness. As we continue experiencing this world, we want to spend quality time with our loved ones in a more intimate setting. As we venture into the future we desire to purchase additional properties that will provide that same warmth.

Throughout our travels our most memorable have been with a large group of friends and family at Norris Lake. The lake is gorgeous with the vast majority of shoreline being undeveloped. We enjoy boating to a cove and anchoring down for an entire day with no interruptions or play on the water with water skis, tubes and surf boards.
We designed the house to have activities for all ages - snuggling inside or outside by the double-sided fireplace on the top level; relaxing on the middle level; playing ping pong, shuffleboard, cards or board games on the bottom level while watching your favorite sports game or relaxing outside in the hot tub; and including several locations outside to enjoy the outdoors however you would like.
