Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Matthew! It truly means a lot to hear that you noticed the little details—we work hard behind the scenes to make sure our guests have everything they need for a relaxing stay. Thank you as well for mentioning the golf carts. We know the hill is steep, but we’re glad they helped make the trip to the dock a little easier. We’d love to welcome you back to Bridge View anytime for another Norris Lake getaway!

Thank you for allowing us to be your host. It was a pleasure. Past guests are locked in at rates they paid. Have a great rest of your summer! Best, Andrea & Tracy.

We appreciate the kind words. Your group were amazing renters! We would love to have you back anytime. We also love the dock and the kids the golf cart rides and tubing on the boat. Have a wonderful rest of your summer!!

Laura, thank you so much for the review and the kind words. We treat this home like a personal house. We love it so much. Thank you for being such amazing renters!!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you staying with us. There is some construction and gravel on the path to the dock due to some pending construction. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. The gravel is slated to be paved prior to the next rental season. That will make the short drive to the dock a little easier without the gravel. You are welcome back anytime. Great renters!!

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and heartfelt review. This one truly touched my heart, not only as a host, but as someone who vacations in VRBO homes myself. I know how much the little details can matter when you’re spending precious time away with family and friends, so hearing that those things made your stay more enjoyable means more to me than you know. I also have to give a huge amount of credit for our success to our incredible cleaning crew. They care for this home as if it were their own, and we consider them much more than a cleaning crew—they’re family to us. The cleanliness and care you experienced are a direct reflection of the pride they take in making sure every guest walks into a home that feels welcoming and ready for their vacation. It was an absolute pleasure hosting your group, and knowing that you enjoyed the house, dock, golf carts, outdoor spaces, and all those little extras is exactly why we love doing this. Thank you for choosing our home for your Norris Lake getaway and for taking the time to write such a beautiful review. We would be thrilled to welcome you back anytime!

Thank for your kind words. It was pleasure to host your family. Have a great rest of your summer and feel free to contact us for future bookings. Even if we raise our rates due to increase in cost, past guests are locked at the rate they paid. Best Andrea and Tracy.

We are very happy you enjoyed your Holiday in our home. You were great renters, and we welcome you back anytime. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. Merry Christmas and happy New Year!

Thank you for such kind words.. We are so happy to hear you had a great time. The dock is a fan favorite for sure. Yea, the mountains make for some rocky terrain in some spots. The younger kids love the golf cart rides. You are great renters and welcome back anytime.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. You were wonderful renters.. We absolutely love the view also and we are very grateful that we can get to the dock and lake in a couple of minutes by golf cart and there are only a few steps to the dock. I've heard from previous renters that the fishing is good in several small coves and at the dock. The terrain in TN can be tricky but so worth it. Thanks again for being such great renters!!!!!

Thanks for the review! You were a great group. House and boat left in perfect shape!

We love that you had a great time and appreciate the small details. I was happy to be available to answer your questions. We spend all day at the dock and the kids love it as well. The view is what sold us!!! Thank you for the review.

We're so happy you had fun. The kids LOVE the dock! I couldn't agree with you more. Mine and my Husbands favorite thing to do is drink morning coffee off the deck and watch the action at the bridge. We would love to have your group back. The cleaners the house was left very clean. Very good renters!!!

Kathy, thank you for staying with us. You were great guests and you are welcome back anytime. The golf cart path did get a little tricky this year but you are correct, once you get the lay of the land, it's easy. Have a great Holiday Season and reach out to us if you want to book in the future.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. We really appreciate your kind words. We strive to meet all of the needs of our guests so, it is great to hear positive feedback. You left the house in great condition. Thank you for everything!!! Happy Holidays!

Thank you for your review. I do understand the inconvenience of the gravel road to the dock. I really appreciate your understanding. We tried to accommodate everyone for the inconvenience. Returning the money, you paid for the boat was one way that we were able take care of our guests. Please come back anytime. Your group was great!!!!

Thank you very much for the feedback and kind words. You were amazing renters and are welcome back anytime.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad that you had a great family trip. The gravel is unusually bad this year because of all of the rain, it washes it out. There has been a lot of rain this season. Good thing is you aren't on it long. They are supposed to be paving it soon. We started with one golf cart and decided it would be better with two. Thank you for being such great renters

Thank you very much for the kind words. We are so happy you had a great time and enjoyed the house. Thank you for being such great renters. The cleaners said the house was perfect when you left. We would love to host you in the future.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We have never had a review that complimented the vision we have had from day one quite like yours, and it means everything to us. This isn't just a rental home for us-this is our happy place, and we love sharing it with the people that make it possible. We couldn't agree more about the terrain. One of the things we love most about this property is that it still feels rugged, tucked away, and untouched. That sense of adventure is part of its charm. At the same time, you're absolutely right that the steep driveway and path to the dock can be challenging for guests with mobility limitations or anyone who has difficulty navigating uneven terrain. We always want to be transparent about that, so the guests know what to expect. Thank you for describing it so thoughtfully and honestly. We would love to have you back sometime! Thank you for letting us host you and for the wonderful review.

Thank you, Carol. We are so happy you had a great time. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the gravel road. Thankfully, this issue will be resolved before the next rental season. Please come back anytime. We appreciate you!!!
