We were there for a family reunion and of the three houses that we rented this was definitely the best by far. Loads of room, five bedrooms is actually six bedrooms so plenty of room for everyone. Lots to do and close to grocery stores and Sensorio. The kitchen is well equipped with more than we needed and the views were spectacular. Thank you to Avant for making our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely return!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway with two families! Plenty of room and everything you need to be able to eat at home! We loved the backyard and pool was great for the kids! The slider has a pool alarm which was great to not worry about the kids going out on their own! We loved how close it was to downtown and went to the farmers market and park on Saturday morning. Would love to stay here again!

The house was very cool! Well appointed and very spacious. It did not disappoint. Plenty of room to spread out and have private space if needed. Great for a group as well as couples. Everything you need in one space for a great time! Thanks for being gracious hosts and your quick response time! Would absolutely book agin for a return visit! Great location with ample parking. My only feedback would be more silverware and dish towels, but otherwise well furnished. Beds were comfy, too! See ya next time!

ABOVE IT ALL went above and beyond, exceeding all of our expectations. A beautiful, spacious property with gorgeous views. The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment we needed. Multiple living and dining spaces made each day and meal unique. The pool with a baja shelf and umbrella made for a relaxing pool day in the Paso Summer heat. Thank you for making me the planning star and sharing your home with us!

Being the planning star is well earned when the trip comes together like this, and we're thrilled the home lived up to expectations. Our trip was a men's former college friends' birthday trip. We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed all the space with the large bedrooms. We also had a ton of fun using the pool during the day. It was a quick trip over a 3 day weekend so we didn't get a chance to use the grilling area or the hot tub, but everything looked fantastic and would have been fun to use. The location near the square was ideal for morning walks to get coffee and quick nightly rides back in Ubers. Would highly recommend this place for 5-6 single individuals or even more if you are traveling with families!

A birthday trip with old college friends is exactly the kind of stay this home is built for, and we're glad the space gave everyone room to spread out. It sounds like the pool got plenty of use, and being close enough to the square for morning coffee walks and easy rides back at night made the logistics simple. Great property for 4-5 couples. We had 5 but one couple had to share a bathroom (which was not a problem). The house is incredibly spacious and clean! The deck off the family room had great views and deer came every night and morning to graze (bonus)! The pool was clean and set at a great temperature! The outdoor fire pit was perfect too! Centrally located and easy to navigate to wineries. The outdoor gas grill was good; we used it every night! The house has a game room and we used the shuffleboard and pool table regularly. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Lots of sleeping areas, well stocked kitchen and dining areas. The pool area was awesome. We used the hot tub, pool, grill and fire pit. Great location. It was close to downtown and close to all the wineries we went to. A good time was had by all 9 of us!

Top notch pick for a family/group stay

We recently enjoyed a lovely long weekend in Paso with extended family, and this house was the perfect spot for it. We throughly enjoyed the outdoor space and amenities, location and all the cozy gathering spaces within.

This home provided a perfect location for our senior family reunion. Four couples very comfortably occupied the enormous, clean, bright space. The home is located in an ideal location just a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the center of town. It is 3 minutes from the highways and rural roads we took to visit wineries. Only 6 minutes to the grocery store,,, or they deliver. The kitchen is equipped with every possible dish, utensil, appliance, and ample space for preparing our meals. We enjoyed breakfast meals in a huge living area with a spectacular view of the hills. We lounged poolside during the day. There were more than enough chairs and umbrellas to keep us comfortable. Dinner was served at a huge, round table complimented by a pretty chandelier and sideboard. There is also a nice area outside to relax upon cushioned lounge chairs. So many “conversation” areas. Our party consisted of only seven people, but we commented that the house could easily handle a cocktail party for 100. Yes, it’s that big. We did not spend very much time in the room with a pool table, shuffleboard and couches. This room is a nice place for a younger crowd to occupy. Although the large pool is right up against the home, there is a safety alarm on the sliding glass door to notify the occupants of one passing through the door when one enters or exits the outside pool area. Apparently this is state law. (It was annoying to us adults who can swim safely. )The host, Avant Stay, is excellent.

Great house

Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed the house. In addition to a great location and layout, the home has a wonderful ‘well-lived’ feel as opposed to the often sterile environment of many rentals. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Obviously a treasured family home. Not entirely depersonalized. Well equipped. Spacious. An oasis. Even though there's plenty to explore and experience in Paso Robles, you could easily simply enjoy a weekend with family and friends without ever leaving Above It All.

Between the backyard with pool, hot tub, and firepit, the front patio, the multiple living rooms, dining rooms, and games room - there were so many places to lounge that our large group didn't feel even remotely crowded. The kitchen was a dream come true for those who love to cook - 8 burner stove, large island spacious enough for multiple people to be doing food prep, and two sinks!
