Communication and accommodation were impressive. It was nice to be communicating with the property owners as opposed to a property management agency running the communication for sure (as many VRBO’s are).

Spotless. Well equipped. Plenty of room for all and lots of in house entertainment. Host went above and beyond to accommodate any questions, with very rapid responses. Would definitely recommend!!!

The house was a perfect fit for my work teammates and I who were in town for business. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) with some nice touches. The decorating is nicely themed with cool pictures and maps(mostly relating to the outdoors and Yellowstone). My team also enjoyed the ping pong table and massage chair. Would definitely book again!

Short Stay in Livingston

Property was just as advertised if not better. Great location and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would stay again!

Our stay was perfect. The home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that someone would require. We also loved the layout of the home as it offered 2 areas to congregate and socialize in as well as offering bedroom privacy on both levels. Plenty of parking and outdoor decking. Our host Jessica was fantastic. Over the last 20 years we have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals and Jessica is one of the 2 best hosts we have had. She responded in a courteous and timely manner every time and even alerted us to the partial eclipse on our first night's stay so we could observe it. She was wonderful. A great place to stay and a great host!

Yellowstone Family adventure

The house was very spacious and well equipped, providing a wonderful base camp for our large group. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! Jessica's place was comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. The kitchen was well-stocked, the decor was beautiful, and everything was clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful comfortable house! Perfect for large groups. We stayed with nine family members comfortably. Great access to Bozeman, local concerts, Yellowstone. Would definitely stay again in future. Jessica and Chris were great hosts.

Great property

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious with lots of space to fit a large group. We enjoyed playing ping pong and darts which was a great addition. The property is also close enough to downtown to walk which was nice as well. Jessica was super helpful and responsive and made sure that we had everything to have a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property with great space!

This location had everything we could have hoped for!! Spacious for everyone and we were all able to come together when needed! The hosts were amazing with communication and check in/out was flawless. The property is stocked with everything you need for meals, entertainment and leisure. Highly recommend this property for groups!

Enjoyed Livingston!

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious house, stocked up kitchen and so nice to sit on the deck and drink your coffee. Great grill on the deck as well. Walk to the town about 10 min. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
