Perfectly positioned between the vibrant charm of downtown Livingston, the outdoor adventure of Bozeman and Bridger Bowl, and the breathtaking beauty of Paradise Valley and Yellowstone National Park, this home is your gateway to everything Montana has to offer.
Designed to comfortably host up to 14 guests, this two-story home features a welcoming layout ideal for families, groups, or retreats. The main floor includes 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, while the walkout basement offers 2 additional bedrooms and a a third bathroom- providing amble space and privacy for everyone.
Highlights include:
- A fully equipped kitchen and open living areas perfect for gathering or relaxing
- Two large TVs for movie nights or game days
- A ping pong table for friendly competition
- A large yard ideal for outdoor games, BBQs, or simply taking in the fresh Montana air.
Wake up to wide-open skies and the rhythm of ranch life, all while staying close to fishing, ,hiking, skiing, hot springs, and the iconic scenery of the West.

Cattle, horses, and dogs live here and can be seen from the house (and at times escape their enclosures). Though conveniently located next to the interstate, the traffic noise can be a little loud. A white noise machine is provided in each bedroom.
