Newly constructed, Non-Smoking, beautiful, country house with a 20 X 40 heated swimming pool, new deck, and playground. Monthly Rentals Welcome! There is a finished and furnished basement with exercise center, playroom - ping pong, and kids toys. One king bed, two queen bed, two full beds, one twin bed, queen sofabed. Child-friendly house, pet ok - approval required by owner. Registry Certificate #24-681

Longer stays required during peak season.

Just two miles from the ocean and bay beaches. One mile from the town of Amagansett and two miles from East Hampton Village. Quarter mile from park and tennis courts. AMAZING Location.

Great house close to town with super pool

Great house for family vacation! Family friendly, easy to get to both East Hampton and Amagansett, great pool and Lauren quickly responded with any questions we had. Would happily stay again!

Long weekend with friends

Lauren’s house was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly like the photos and very easy to get to. It was in an excellent location easy to drive or grab Ubers. The pool was great and the overall community was so nice for walks any time of day. Linens and towels provided. Highly recommend.

Long weekend in the Hamptons

Great location and perfect backyard/pool. The layout of the house was also great. The inside could’ve been cleaner- laundry was partially done, floors were a little dirty, found some dirty mugs in cabinets. Owner confirmed the maid service cleaned before our arrival.

Perfect stay! Everything was wonderful!

My stay at Laurens house was amazing! The house was beautiful along with the pool. Lauren was so accommodating and easy to contact. The second I walked in the house I said to myself that I will definitely be staying again! There is not one thing that I would change about my stay. Thank you so much to Lauren and her family for making my stay easy and so delightful!

Wonderful home for a group or family

We had a really good stay at Lauren's. It's perfect for a group or family – lots of shared space, outdoor amenities, and a convenient location close to the beach and shops. House had a good supply of cooking equipment and extra towels, which worked perfectly as we cooked at the house and went to the beach. Only issue was that the house was lacking in hand soap and extra toilet paper, which we had expected would be supplied. We were able to get from the supermarket nearby.

Great experience!

The house is beautiful and has a great backyard setup with a pool and grill. It is very close to town and the train station. Lauren was helpful and responsive with any questions over the duration of the rental. Would highly recommend!

Great Escape

This house was such a perfect fit for our family & our dog.The outside was a perfect space w/ a pool & room for our dog to be free & explore.The kids loved the pool & my husband & I enjoyed the easy flow from the kitchen to the backyard. The location was perfect for biking into town for breakfast .The beauty of east Hampton is amazing with the beaches & restaurants & shops.This house was in just the spot for us.

All of the Comforts of Home, A Great Place to Getaway

Our family has stayed in this great house a number of times either alone or with other families. Perfect location for beach, shopping, movies or just R&R. Neighborhood is secluded and beautifully quiet, pool in backyard is spectacular. House has everything you could possibly need. Large backyard, swing set, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Don't hesitate to stay here.

What a great house for adults and kids! Tons of space indoors and out. We have stayed here multiple times with our family as well as friends. Location is perfect for beach, shopping, parks etc. Very easy to maintain and clean as well as having a pool and basement. I highly recommend this house!

If you love spending time with your family you will love our home. We are a family of 5 that enjoy the activities and lifestyle the hamptons has to offer. Husband and wife both work in NYC, and have raised our family on the North Shore of Long Island. Our children are now getting older, and they are all in sleep away camp for the summers. We are active and ride our bikes, play tennis, basketball, golf, hike and enjoy the beaches of Amagansett and East Hampton. Of course we love to go out to the restaurants, shop and have a great BBQ. We hope you enjoy our house as much as we do.
