Brand new home built in 2020. We are close to 3 lakes and multiple beaches, and boat slips nearby!

DJ's in the Drink (local favorite) is at the end of the street with a small community beach!

The Space:
"3 bedroom home with an additional makeshift bedroom in the basement.

Bedroom #1 - King size bed - 40 inch Smart TV
Bedroom #2 - Queen size bed - 32 inch Smart TV
Bedroom #3 - Queen size bed
Basement -1 Full size bed and 1 Trundle (twin size) bed - 46 inch TV (not a smart tv)

Living room will have a 55 inch Smart TV as well

Garage and driveway available for parking!"

Please note this home does NOT have a fenced in backyard, if you will bring a pet. We do charge an additional $150 deep cleaning fee for pets (per reservation). Pets must be disclosed to us and pre-approved prior to booking. Dogs only.

We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

Golf cart in garage is not for guest use.

The house had everything my family needed. The neighborhood was very peaceful and it was an easy drive to downtown Lake Geneva.The host communicated well before, during and after our stay.

Great weekend staybwith the family

The overall stay was a great experience. The house had everything we needed for the weekend stay. Short walk about 5 blocks to Lake Como, although really no beach, but picnic tables and beautiful view of the lake. Nice location to Lake Geneva as well.

Como Lake Retreat

The home was beautiful and only a half mile from Como Lake and a 10 minute drive to Lake Geneva.We loved hanging out on the lake and eating at the lakefront restaurants. After a long day, we enjoyed relaxing on the patio that had a serene wooded backdrop. We loved that the home was equipped with all the essentials needed for our stay (coffee, toiletries, paper products, and spices for cooking.) We would stay here again if visiting the Como/Lake Geneva area.

Wonderful community

Our stay was wonderful. The house was a perfect fit for our family and the community is great. There is so much to do and some great places to eat. Highly recommend!

House was great. Cleanliness-NOT!

All bedrooms and living room were great. Kitchen was spacious but not well appointed. Freezer was disgustingly dirty. Frig itself was very clean, however. Stove was fantastic, but pots and pans left a lot to be desired. Some were dirty, most were in rough shape. Dishwasher was loaded improperly. We went to empty it when we arrived and everything had a layer of powdery white all over it. Reloaded properly, rehashed, still the same. Finally after third try we washed what we needed by hand and never touched the dishwasher again the whole week. I reported it a few times and answer was always that they’d have it checked out, or they could send cleaners back. Cleaners couldn’t have fixed this, and as far as cleaning, we did it ourselves.“Cricket” noisemakers.were left Inside one box spring (2), one behind a tv, and one in the sleeping area in the basement. That one was wrapped up inside some piece of bedding that was Velcro-closed. It took hours to find them, and a lot of work to get them out of the bed. Again, we contacted the agent,they apologized for what all we had gone through, but no compensation for any of it.We had a great time there once we had cleaned things up,washed all of the dishes by hand, etc., but my first two days there required a lot of dishwashing and cleaning. There was only one bag for the garbage can in the kitchen and we had to buy more. The toilet paper was so thin you could see through it, and kitchen towels, pot holders, soap, etc. were lacking.

Lovely Ladies Getaway

New house

The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the lake and not far from Lake Geneva. Many restaurants and such are close. The property is very dirty though. The floors are filthy and the rugs are covered in dog hair. The freezer was gross and the silverware drawer was full of food and hair. The plates must have been put back dirty from the last use and any item you used needed to be wash before hand. The property itself is dirty as well. The garage is full of random garbage as well. Also the people who mow the grass showed up early and mowed the grass when I was still in bed.

House is great but not clean

The house was actually bigger than what I expected. For multiple families it it is great. The description said walking distance to the beach but there is no beach just water and a boat launch. There is a private property beach. The entire house was covered in dog hair. No one even vacuumed prior to our stay. My Brice is allergic to dogs so this was a huge issue for us. Very disappointed in the owners response as well when u let them know how much dog hair was all over the house.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for 6 adults and two dogs. Lots of open space and plenty of beds. Very comfortable and nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved the woods and seeing wildlife! Will definitely try to stay here again. It was a home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, temp to house was perfect, master shower was user friendly for handicap friends. The kitchen garbage disposal didn't work. We had to plunge that numerous times. 1/2 a roll of paper towel we were given which wasn't enough for the plunging messes. Luckily we had some in our cars to pull out and use. The master bath shower ceiling fan has a drip after showering that blesses you when drying off. Directions to garbage removal was misunderstanding. The document in the kitchen said Sunday by 5am. When messaging the company we were told an entirely different day. The downstairs bedroom is a basically a youth room. Not made for handicap adults. The safety rail is hard to get around with older seniors. One full bed downstairs on a thinner mattress. The bottom of the day bed downstairs is a mat that doesn't extend up so you're placed on the ground sleeping. Outlets need attention as many don't work or need to be turned on with a switch. Overall we would probably not stay again with 5 grown senior disabled adults. It's very good for a family with teens.

Family Reunion Lodging

Perfect for our stay! 6 adults, 3 kiddos & 2 dogs! Great location for nearby family get togethers - Walworth/Delevan/Elkhorn/Lake Geneva & Pearce's Farm Stand all easy drives! Plenty of room - nice kitchen & dining table space, blackstone grill was awesome for breakfast cooking! "Game room" with kids bedroom was genius! Peaceful patio - saw deer & turkeys with young as we had morning beverages! Had a great stay! Would absolutely come again.

Quiet neighborhood near Lake Geneva downtown

House was clean, contemporary and comfortable. There is a washer & dryer for laundry and all appliances are newer as the home appears to be newer construction. Location was convenient just a short drive to Lake Geneva downtown. The property manager communicated very well thru email and text.

Lake Geneva Stay

Property was excellent. Nice home to stay at while there. We saw wild turkeys and deer there. This is a little ways out of city center with a great country but neighborhood feel. Just be sure to get there before dark, you can’t see street signs well (even with gps) and there are no streetlights.

Inside house - clean. Garage dried mud, grill on patio - rusty, un-useable. Small provided again

Marginal overall - sliding door does not lock and was secured with carpenters level. Unfinished landscaping around the patio - more mud. Broken umbrella for patio table. Driveway still gravel with ruts on each side causing difficulty walking and getting in and out of the cars.

Fantastic Home in Great Location

My husband and I wanted some time away to visit Lake Geneva and local area having never been. We found this listing and are very glad we reached out! It gave us the space we wanted in a modern and updated home. Check in was super easy and all photos matched and was very clean. Location to Lake Como and Lake Geneva made all of our plans simple and easy to reach. Highly recommend!
