In Saint-Malo, this charming 50 m² flat with sea view and secure private parking, 100 m from the Sillon beach, has wifi (fibre optics) and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Le Petit Malouin "The location was very convinient, literally few steps from the seaside, and 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. There are shops nearyby for daily needs. The parking was also very convinient for those who travel by car. The flat was spacious, the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom all were decorated neatly and the flat was clean.
The view from the kitchen and the living is nice, especially we enjoyed the view during the storm.
My wife had to work from there for a day and internet was fast enough.
Overall, very staisfied!"

🙂 Alles war wunderbar: Wir wurden sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen und haben die Schlüssel bekommen. Zuvor wurden uns bereits Informationen zum Apartment und zur Umgebung zugeschickt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt: wenige Schritte bis zum Meer und nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in die Stadt. Supermarkt, eine nettes Café und mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der gleichen Straße. Internet hat auch gut funktioniert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Ausblick vom Balkon. Wir würden das Apartment sofort wieder buchen."

🙂 L’accueil de la charmante Tania à nos petits soins et très disponible ; l’agréable logement, coquet, confortable, calme, propre, spacieux, bien équipé ; la vue sur la mer, le parking gratuit réservé pour l’appartement ; l’accès proche de Saint-Malo par une agréable balade à pied sur la plage (qui peut se faire aussi en marchant sur le trottoir entre la route et la plage.
